SpartanUI
SpartanUI was originally designed to free your screen by moving a majority of the interface elements to the bottom. While that is still the core focus of the primary addon and configuration it has become much more since MoP.

Whats new in SpatanUI 4.0

Starting with SpartanUI 4.0.0 SpartanUI has begun to introduce a fully theme-able system giving you multiple looks and styles.
Completely modular so that you, the user can use only the pieces you want and give you the complete control over your UI.
Faster releases, the 8 months between the last 3.x release and 4.0 was due to the massive rebuild of many internal systems. The new themes are not done. The new Components are not done, nor are all the new components done being added. Now that the core has been rebuilt the plan is to get more updates out faster.
Think something is missing? Is there that one thing keeping you from using SpartanUI? Please let me know, your comments and suggestions are what drive the development. Without your suggestions I can only add stuff based on my play style.

Just a quick note, my branch is far far to separate now to even offer help here anyhow so I won't be interfering anymore That being said I would like to fins one more thing which is in current SVN (if you even still use that)

as of 5.0.4 there is a bad Glyph Tainting bug from blizz, they made _ global, there is a way to counter it.

SpartanUI has this bug in Global-Features.lua in both PartyFrames and PlayerFrames Modules.

local _,class = UnitClass(self.unit);

should become

local _, class; _, class = UnitClass(self.unit);

I have been trying to locate this issue for a while. This SHOULD stop the need to reload to swap glyphs now. Hope the helps and good luck to the new authors here!

Really I thought I read it was NOT fixed in 5.0.5 and they were hoping it would be in 5.1

Doesn't look like 5.0.5 solved this issue. I hope they include it in the 5.1 patch.

TBH it doesn't really matter it really should be localized anyhow.

An option in Raid should be added to enable raid frames even if you are in a party. Makes healing in parties easier as you can just use the Raid Frames instead (Vuhdo has an option for it, but would like to not have to use vuhdo if i don't have too) Otherwise love the new look and features

minimap

my minimap is square and overlapping the round frame. what i do wrong?

Experience bar wrong position

I tried your updated SUI, and it looks good. Adding the options to the Interface.. AddOns panel was a long overdue move.

One thing of note, however. On my 27" monitor, which is 1920 x 1080, the space where the XP bar/bubbles exists, and the bubble are there, but they are shunted to the right by about a 1/3, and overlap the minimap.

Doh...I do...and I have the "minimap is square" ticked on it too I'm sure lol.

Btw I have the same size monitor/resolution as you but not seeing the issue with experience bar, at least not while my map was square rofl.

Is there any way to get the buffs and debuffs where they used to be?

Side note to that, buffs can't seem to be canceled when they are on top of the player frame.

Yes there is. Go in Interface, Addons, SpartanUI and under general click buffs & debuff, uncheck "hide blizzard buffs". It's not what it actually says but it's just as evident.

I used Life giving seed before knowing that. I was stuck as a herb hah.

Updated Fix for Monk Statue Overlap Issue

This is the updated code to remove the overlap. If you know any coding you can update it yourself till he releases a fix. Look for the Unit-PlayerFrame.lua located in SpartanUI_PlayerFrames\scripts\ and replace the monk code with what is below. Should be from lines 118 to 128.

Add bars

How can i add a bar? Every time I try to and unlock bars I get a message that says you cannot unlock while using SpartanUi.

Right click on the Bartender button on your mini map and select Bar 7 (I'm assuming you have 6 enabled right now) and click enable. Then play with the setting to place it where you want.

However if you want the Unlock ability you'd have to make a new profile. To do so, right click on the Bartender button and go to the last tab, Profiles, and enter a name in "New". Know that this will reset all your bars and you'll have to start from scratch. But you will be able to unlock your bars now.
