eNameplates  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 1.0.2
by: Elv22 [More]

This a nameplate addon that is extremely lightweight. It is a standalone version of my nameplates inside Elv's UI. Visit the ElvUI forums for support.

Options
-Display Health Text on NamePlates
-Enhanced Threat, instead of using nameplate border for threat colors, you can utilize the entire health bar for threat colors.
-Allow nameplates to overlap each other or not.
-Option to only display nameplates when in combat.
-Includes a nameplate Blacklist, so you can hide unwanted nameplates.

Setup
-All options are in the first 25 lines or so of the eNameplates.lua file. Use a text editing program such as Notepad ++ to edit the file. Threat colors will automatically adjust to your Role, for example if you are a Tank the good threat color will be green. Therefore mobs with threat will display as green. If you are a DPS/Healer the good color will be displayed on mobs you do not have threat on.

Credits
Dawn, Darth Android

1.0.2
-Fix bug where becoming intoxicated in-game causes the default blizzard level text to re-appear.
-Add option to hide class icons.

1.0.1
-No longer depend on scaling cvar do this to prevent lua error.

you should only have to run it once to save

SetCVar("bloatthreat", 0)
SetCVar("bloattest", 0)

just add these anywhere in the lua file, i thought they were there already (possibly are i'm just drunk )

and

SetCVar("spreadnameplates", "1")

if you want nameplates to glide around each other

Since the config is through LUA will would I have to update the "blacklist" (mobs I don't want to see nameplates for) each time I update this addon?

It's no problem if I have to just making sure so I can save a list.

EDIT: Also is there a way to only show HP % with no numeric value?

Is there an option to adjust how much the non-targeted plates fade?

Can turn the class icon off somehow? Having class colored plates makes it pretty obvious which class I'm fighting without the need of an icon - Made a few adjustments myself other than that default settings were almost perfect thank you

you mean the nameplate becoming bigger(taller) isn't a part of the addon's functionality?

Installed it this morning and started up a couple of times and the addon now seems to be consistently loading. I assume that's why you asked?

Any word on the npc profession plate info?

Is there any way, or chance, to add vendors profession names such as <stable master>, <innkeeper>, <trade supplies>, etc, to the name plate info?

I'm also experiencing the need to sometimes "/reload ui" to get the addon to activate.
do you have 1.0.1

anyway, i wanted to ask, sometimes the plates become bigger, and i never know why is it, is it because the mob has the least threat or what?
originally i though it was because that mob was the one being targeted by the tank(which seems like a good idea, IMHO).
