BrokerDisplay is a simple listbased display for broker addons.
Its main feature is to NOT show them

Brokers can be displayed

-always
-never
-temporary (this will show it for x seconds after its display value changed)
-party
-noparty

Note: This is likely to take a long time before it is usefull but spreads the idea of conditional display of brokers
