As melee, I like to know if I’m auto attacking, or not. This is important to avoid breaking CCs, such as Gouge or Polymorph, but it’s just as important to make sure you’re still attacking (or not) when target switching.
Typically, in the past I’ve made a 1 button bar to the left or right of my spell bars to indicate if I’m attacking, but the default UI flashes the button, and in the ‘off’ state of the flash, it’s impossible to differentiate between ‘not attacking’ and ‘attacking-but-not-highlighted’.
This is a simple icon that shows auto attack state.
Configuration of size/position is done in the lua.
