Is your music volume turned down?

All the mount music plays through the music channel of WoW, the effects like the car alarm beep play through the sound effects channel.

Just double check you have the music level turned up.

Also note, currently there is no music sound for the Disco Lion.

At the moment, I do already have the Mechano-Hog mount coded into version 1.2 and ready for some sounds.

Feature in the upcoming Darnellify 1.2:

- Bring your menu up, hold the control key down and use your mouse wheel to adjust the scale of your options menu.

- Bring your menu up, hold down the shift key and the control key, use your mouse wheel and adjust the transparency of the options menu.

Darnellify 1.1b will automatically turn off your Error Speech and Emote Sound options.

This is so you don't hear both in game emotes at the same time as Darnell speaking.

If you don't know where those sound options are:

1: Press Escape Key to bring up the Game Menu
2: Click the 'Options' Menu Button
3: Select the 'Sound' Option
4: Tick the 'Error Speech' tick box to turn it on.
5: Tick the 'Emote Sounds' tick box to turn it on.
6: Click the 'Okay' button.

In Darnellify 1.2, there will be an option to bypass the above and make Darnellify not automatically turn these off. I wouldn't recommend it, but I have added the option in 1.2 for those who do want to play both in game emotes and Darnell at the same time.

As per your request, in Darnellify v1.2 an internal timer has been added.

It in short, counts down 1.5 seconds before allowing another sound to be played. This will reduce the spam feel for some of the 'action not ready' type effects but also replaces what I did for the crit fix - meaning, you'll hear the crits more often than they sound now but not like it was prior to the crit fix.

Also, we know that the Disco Cub music doesn't work. That's because the Disco Cub music was pulled out due to copyrights.

When MikeB gets back from holidays, I'm hoping he'll do up a NegativePH Disco Cub mix for it.

Hi OgreDaViking, glad you're loving the addon.

At the moment, we want to focus the addon specifically around the main character. This could later include saying things for summoning companions like the CoreHound Pup - but - Mists of Pandaria is giving us Pokemon, and naturally things regarding the spellIDs and how events are triggered will change.

So basically I don't want to code up a bunch of stuff for companions just right now in the event that Blizzard breaks it and changes things around - as well as wanting to find out what exactly can be done with the companions, from a Darnell point of view, with Mists of Pandaria Pokemon battles.

For example, Darnell might be able to hum the pokemon tune when a Pet Battle begins, or maybe he could yell at his pets when they fail the battle. Not sure yet, it's all just ideas and those ideas are definitely welcome. Just have to wait and see what MoP brings us (coding wise).

Add-ons are currently ''disabled'' in the MoP beta, so I am unable to test stuff with MoP or add Mop related things right now.
