MiirGui Texture Pack [Grey]  Updated this week!  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 3
by: Neza [More]

MiirGui texture Pack replaces the default World of Warcraft textures, enhancing the overall look and feel.

It covers nearly every panel in the game. There is also an optional Icon Pack.

Includes skins for: Classic Quest Log and Clique.

Demonstration Video

When updating from an older version delete all files created by the MiirGui Texture Pack in your Interface folder. Then proceed to paste the content of the zip file into the folder.

MiirGui Texture Pack will add 2 addons to your addon-list, one for cosmetic fixes which is highly recommended and one for frame icons.

If you find any bugs or missmatching graphics, please use the comment section of this page.

Please note that it is very possible that using multiple skinning addons at a time like miirgui and aurora can and will cause many errors.

You will not get author-support on any other site as it is only hosted here on wowinterface.

Please add an addon-list of the addons you use or the name of the addon causing a conflict and paste the error message thrown by wow. The more information the better.

The Store looks pretty rubbish but as long as blizzard restricts addon access to it theres not much I can do.

The garrison is not skinned yet as i have no beta access. It will be skinned in the a following version if its necessary.

There is an lua error thrown as long as you do not have 3 pets in your active pet loadout. Will be fixed.

Created by Miiru - Lordaeron EU.

Please ask for permission before using and uploading this in your own compilation.

Special thanks to Haleth.

So, how to change them to default ones. I'm using this simpe addon to appear player's portraits as a class icons and I don't like the new one for warrior, hunter etc.
Lua Code:
  1. --Class Icons
  2. hooksecurefunc("UnitFramePortrait_Update",function(self)
  3.         if self.portrait then
  4.                 if UnitIsPlayer(self.unit) then
  5.                         local t = CLASS_ICON_TCOORDS[select(2, UnitClass(self.unit))]
  6.                         if t then
  7.                                 self.portrait:SetTexture("Interface\\TargetingFrame\\UI-Classes-Circles")
  8.                                 self.portrait:SetTexCoord(unpack(t))
  9.                         end
  10.                 else
  11.                         self.portrait:SetTexCoord(0,1,0,1)
  12.                 end
  13.         end
  14. end)
What I need to change in your or class icons addon?
This's how my interface looks like:

This didn't work for me either. I use Notepad++ text editor so i could get to the lines easier using the numbers you put up.

So i changed lines 662, 669 & 674 by deleting the OUTLINE word so they look something like this:

((line.text:SetFont(unpack(miirgui.font),12,) <-- should the comma still be there after the 12?

Anyway i saved the file then loaded up WoW and i still get the blurry outlines in the quest book? Have i done it right?

Game resolution is at 1920x1080

Great job on the mod.
Okay i found the problem it wasn't your mod it was the carbonite mod quest window! . So i disabled Carbonite and the text is now fine.

Doing this deletes the entire texture, so when I get a quest item now, it doesn't show. Is there anyway I can replace UI-Icon-QuestBang with a blank .blp file and it still works?

Also that lua error seems to be related to move-anything.

Only option would be using a text-editor where you cn search for every outline in a lua file and auto-replace it with nothing.

Thank you very much for the help

Hmm, sadly Containerframe/UI-Icon-QuestBorder.blp doesn't help. It's just a minor annoyance (for me), that's all. It only shows up for items which actually start quests, not normal quest items
Containerframe/UI-Icon-QuestBang then it is.

I am unable to summon the Argent Gruntling. It is a pet but not a battle pet. Blizzard says its due to an addon. I am trying to determine which addon is graying out the summon button for this pet. Is anyone else with this interface able to summon the Argent Gruntling?

No, deleting the Outline Tag in the .lua files should sucessfully delete the outlines.

1) Is the map meant to still look like this, with the default art panel still there? Using Mapster map addon

2) What addon do you use to change all your UI fonts?
1.Should be fixed.

2.I just exchange the fonts in the blizzard font folder.

It's probably font related if it looks pixelated. I didnt test this with the default WOW-Font.
