MiirGui Texture Pack - Grey  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 2.2.5
by: Neza [More]
◘ what it does

MiirGui texture Pack replaces the default World of Warcraft skin of your user interface with a clean smooth grey/black theme. It covers nearly every frame in the game. Best-looking with a ui scale that allows pixel perfect frames, you might want to use this macro:
/run SetCVar("uiScale", 768/string.match(({GetScreenResolutions()})[GetCurrentResolution()], "%d+x(%d+)"))
The font used in the screenshots is called Broadband.

◘ how to install

Copy&Paste everything into your Interface Folder.

There will be 2 'real' Addon's provided, one for cosmetic changes, and one for frame icons. I highly recommend using the first one, otherwise many frames will look pretty messed up.

◘ support

If you find any bugs, missmatching graphics or just wrong files, please use the comment section of this page.
I'd like to thank every single addon author and interface creator out there and the whole wow community for the inspiration
and support.

If by black shadow you mean outline, you can delete the setfontlines in core.lua on line 662((line.text:SetFont(unpack(miirgui.font),12, "OUTLINE"), 669(line.text:SetFont(unpack(miirgui.font),12, "OUTLINE")) and 674(line.text:SetFont(unpack(miirgui.font),12, "OUTLINE")).

Thank You By deleting "OUTLINE" in each of those lines the font no longer looks blurry or pixelated for me. Thank you for this package, I absolutely love it.

Could you do something with black borders around world map? Maybe edit lua? I am using ElvUI, so I dont want it

Fix

Noticed this, the Frostbolt area, (same with every class, not just Frostbolt) is hanging out for some strange reason, I've noticed a few other things doing this but can't remember where they were?

Please fix this, and have you changed the quest buttons yet?

The pally power frame or basically any 3rd power type for any class doesn't seem to be skinned for me when I use this. I was wondering if you were aware of that?

Would it be possible to reskin the world map? Not just the ouside border but the actual world map so it doesn't have the "scroll" look?

Cool worked nicely, Thanks

The only windows it happens on are the message boxes that pop up when I first login and the game menu. My resolution is 1920x1200 if that helps.

Hello.

I can't influence the behaviour of the border on the connecting screen, however to close the gaps in the options menu, you can use this code:

Lua Code:
  1. gamemenubg = select(1,GameMenuFrame:GetRegions())
  2. gamemenubg:ClearAllPoints()
  3. gamemenubg:SetPoint("Topleft", GameMenuFrame, 8,-8)

  2. staticbg:ClearAllPoints()
  3. staticbg:SetPoint("Topleft",StaticPopup1, 8,-8)
  4. staticbg:SetPoint("Bottomright", StaticPopup1, -8,8)

I'll probably include that in the next releases when im done with everything.

If you look closely, you'll see that the threat 'red on portraits' actually fades away at the bottom near the square? I can even see it in your screenshot, when will the quest buttons be changed also?

I'm afraid, I am not having those errors with a clean install. What has changed's and core abilities' text-colors are correct, as well as the currency correctly showing up on vendors where you can spend your currency.

edit: Now that i see your screenshot, you don't have the addon enabled, have you?

Might be related to other addons though.

I don't know its perfectly accurate for me:

The thickness i can take a look if i find a decent solution.

I don't have the problem with the events on my calender, you may have a missing file or you've misplaced a file? Also Neza, could you make the threat (red around portraits) thicker lines? And more accurate? At the moment it's really thin messy random lines, hehe! Also how's changing the quest circles going?
