Version: r29
by: myno [More]

oUF_Drk

Use the included version of oUF until it gets an official update!

If you have questions or encounter any bugs/problems feel free to post them in the comment section.
The latest version of this layout can always be found in the repository on github.

Embedded Plugins

  • oUF_Smooth Update
  • oUF_Experience
  • oUF_ArtifactPower

Do not have them installed/active separately or it might break something.

Features
- Supported Unitframes:
  • Player
  • Target
  • TargetOfTarget
  • Focus
  • FocusTarget
  • Pet
  • Bossframes
  • Raid
- Castbar on Player, Target, TargetOfTarget, Focus, FocusTarget and Bossframes
- Buff and Debuffs for Player, Target, TargetOfTarget, Focus and Bossframes (customizable)
- Class Bars (Holy Power, Runes, Combo Points, Chi, Soul Shards, Arcane Charges)
- Raid Frames with Raid Debuffs and Indicators for certain buffs (mainly for healers)

Config
You are able to do some basic config (position, enabling stuff etc.) in the cfg.lua.

If you want to move frames I highly suggest using oUF_MovableFrames instead of doing it via the config. You can get it here: http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info15425-oUFMovableFrames.html

Thank you!
Horizontal Groups can be chosen in the config, I don't know if it's already in r7, but it's definitely in the github version.

As to role icons I have to find a good place to put them because the raid frames are already pretty full. Maybe top or bottom, these are the only places I think they could fit in. I may do this tomorrow.

Spriest orbs & healing spec

Hiya Myno
Thank you so much for the horizontal raid/party frames..
I seem to have run into a wee snag when changing specs. I am both raid dps and heals. I am finding that when I switch from shadow to holy the orbs thingy is still there. The other problem is the orb count itself. I consistently see 3 purple bars (it never changes).
I have the most recent oUF from git and your most recent update from here on WowInterface.

I just saw that the most recent update to oUF was merging the Shadow Orbs and other class bars into one element, so I'm pretty sure this will break the way I currently use them in my layout. I think I'm going to just make them seperate like I already did with the warlock and monk class bars until an official complete release of oUF 1.6 is out. I put it into the Known Issues and will take a look at this tomorrow!

Do you want us to use the "old" version of oUF that can be d/l'd from WowInterface ? or continue to use the beta version from git as the instructed on the info page) ? just a fyi.. the beta version still shows 40300 (instead of 50001) as the version on the .toc, does/could that make or pose any problems ?

Keep using the beta version. r9 specifically fixes the problems you encountered while using the newest version of oUF The version number in the .toc does not matter, it just means you need to enable Load-out-of-date AddOns

Should now be working in the new github version. I suggest keeping the scale between 1 and 1.25 and the width at least 200.

This is a blizzard bug. Use Dx11 instead of Dx9 and you should have no problems.

DRK Frames

First of, love the frames, but I'm having 1 problem. When I switch off "cfg.RaidShowSolo = false -- show raid frames even when solo" I lose my group frames. The raid frames still show up, just not the 5 man frames. Am I doing something wrong?

My fault, sorry. Add party to Line 378 in core.lua like this:

Code:
		else
			soloraid = "party,raid"
		end
