Working as intended? User error?
Have you verified it's actually loaded? The most recent version of the Addon is classified as out of date.

Hey, I have been using your addon for several hours now, and It works perfectly! Just like someone already mention, no need to keep releasing grey pets anymore I read the pet quality by the color of the font that the pet's name uses, the actual quality glow within the pet's portrait is hardly noticeable though. The glow and the border is always same color regardless of the mob's name color.

Doesn't Always Have Correct Quality Glow

Hi Ember,

This is a great addon idea, but I have been playing with it today, and it seems that sometimes it does not give the enemy pets the correct quality glow during the battle.

I have tamed a few rare and uncommon quality pets that had a plain old silver border on their icons.

Working as intended? User error?

Hey,

I really loved the 3 pet print-out in the chat window saying mouse (rare), rat (common), cat (poor), and the associated color. That was the feature with BattlePetQuality. Is there a way you can add this to Glow? thanks!

On line 55: the fix is
Code:
if (self.petIndex ~= C_PetBattles.GetActivePet(self.petOwner)) then
	self.ActualHealthBar:SetVertexColor(r, g, b)
else
	self.ActualHealthBar:SetVertexColor(0, 1,0)
end

Tried out your add-on and I like it!

When you mouseover the opponent pet I would like it to show all my same pets so I can decide whether or not to capture it (vs any I may already own.)

Thank you for the feedback,
I've uploaded a new version to fix the sPetName (a nil value) error, as well as adjusted the Glow Overlay to fit better.

So long as there inst a conflict between two popular addons which accomplish this, it is actually better for the ecosystem of addons to leave them separate. Separating features into different addons actually gives you more choice in the long term and helps keep everyone from stepping on each others toes code wise.

I get this error if I go into battle with 2 pets. And I find that 1.7 for the width/height is more glowy.

Awesome addon, couldn't have imagined it better myself.

The glow around the pet icons doesn't seem glowy enough, or stick out a whole lot. Could there be a way to adjust that?
