Intro
Hi all!

ShestakUI_OzEdit is my edited version of ShestakUI, feel free to use it if you like it.

Just like the original ShestakUI, this is a pixel perfect, multilingual, lightweight, modular and complete UI overhaul, suitable for PvE, PvP and RP; almost all the default frames are skinned and are also included skins of many other AddOns to better fit to the UI style (you’ll find a complete list here).

Like ShestakUI, the UI has a lot of (optional) features, including: average item level on tooltip, auto-repairs, auto-sell gray items, buff/cooldown/debuff/proc. tracker, casting bar ticks, flask/food checker, self and raid buffs reminders, threat meter and many more!

All classes and all roles are supported.

The UI works with any resolution above 1280 pixels horizontally (full screen mode and 1x multisampling) and its installation is easy and automatic: just a few clicks.

Typing "/moveui", you can move most of the elements of the UI and you'll find the UI options menu typing "/cfg"; instead, to reload the whole interface, just type "/rl".

Mouseovering the bottom right corner of the chat, you'll find a button:
* Left click it to copy the chat text.
** Right click it to open the chat menu.
** Middle click it to make a roll (1-100).

If you're looking for the micro menu, right click on the minimap or, if you prefer, enable the micro menu by the options menu.

Compared to the original ShestakUI, the major differences are aesthetic changes (mainly regarding default positions and unit frames) and also I've embedded some nice features proposed by Shestak UI forum members.

Some Useful Slash Commands
* "/align" --> To show a grid useful for positioning the frames.
** "/clear" --> To clean the chat.
*** "/tdr" --> To show and move the embedded diminishing returns tracker.
**** "/teb" --> To show the Extra Action Button (Shift + left click near the icon border to move it).
***** "/uihelp" --> To show many other slash commands of the UI.

The default raid setup is the 25-Man: if you want to show more or fewer groups, you can enable/disable them with the options menu (up to 40-Man).

Installation
1) Backup your WTF folder (located inside the WoW directory on your computer).
2) Download the archive, then extract the 3 folders (ShestakUI, ShestakUI_Config and ShestakUI_Filger): copy them all in World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\.
3) Login and play!

Optional Setups
If you play with DBM, you might consider to use in game this slash command to get an optimal configuration: "/settings dbm".
If you don't want to use the combat text of ShestakUI and prefer to play with MSBT, you might consider to use in game this slash command to get an optimal configuration: "/settings msbt".
If you play with Skada, you might consider to use in game this slash command to get an optimal configuration: "/settings skada".

There's also a slash command for an optimal configuration of DXE ("/settings dxe"), but as far as I know at the moment that mod is outdated.

Localization
As I already said, ShestakUI is a multilingual UI and all localizations are supported, however the Italian is my native language and all localization strings added by me are "Goooooooooole translated" (except those in English and those in Italian): your help for a more accurate translation is welcome!

F.A.Q.
The UI has its own in game menu, but you can't change all the options with it: to change some of them (like color borders, fonts or the positions of buff/cooldown/debuff/proc. tracker) you need to manually edit some .lua files.
Use a plain text editor (I suggest Notepad++), open the ShestakUI folder (or the ShestakUI_Filger folder) and then open the Config folder: you'll find some .lua files. Open the file you want to edit with the plain text editor and start to change the options as you want, but remember to backup those files before updating or you'll lose your editing.

The Pixel.ttf is Hooge 05_55 Multi so if you want to change it in ShestakUI Media also, just renaming your preferred .ttf font with the name Hooge and replace the original one in ShestakUI_Media\Media\Fonts\.

I'm trying to change the Visitor font to another pixel font, because I've always had trouble with Visitor being hard for me to see. I thought it might be easiest to simply replace the "Pixel" font in ShestakUI/Media folder, but that didn't work. I tried fiddling with the settings in the Config/Fonts file, but all I succeeded at was making it change to the normal Blizzard font instead of the one I wanted. I then played around with ShestakUI_Medias, adding my font into that Media folder and putting it into the settings. That also did nothing. I did also try to simply change some code in the Config/Settings file: Code: ["pixel_font"] = [[Interface\AddOns\ShestakUI\Media\Fonts\Pixel.ttf]] To: Code: ["pixel_font"] = [[Interface\AddOns\ShestakUI\Media\Fonts\freepixel.ttf]] It made LitePanels go haywire and tell me that the font is invalid. I tried with 3 different fonts, all of them were ttf like the rest and I didn't forget to actually place the font into the folder so I'm thinking I must be having a brainfart and missing something :\|

So, you say that when you play with your shaman healer you don't see party/raid frames and with your tank you see them instead? Try with a clean/fresh install of the UI.
EDIT: Anyway I really need more info. You get any Lua errors? AddOns enabled other than ShestakUI...? By the way, from version 1.0.6 you have to delete the two folders called ShestakUI_DPS and ShestakUI_Heal: you did it?

Correct on my shammy i dont see party/raid frames on my warrior i do see them.
I'am not getting no errors at all and i did a fresh install backup my wtf and interface folder .
The only addon im using is DBM and Reforgelite. I dont see Shestakui_DPS or Heal folder im guessing its been deleted. So yea im kinda boggleed right now.

2. There is no option about changing the color of your cast bar like you want; you can do it, but you need to start to edit the UI by yourself.

3. I think you're talking about my 2nd pic (it's been the 1st pic for awhile, you're right)) :you can't do it thru options menu in game. Go to your AddOns folder, open the folder called Config located inside ShestakUI; open the file Settings.lua e change the line 23 from

Lua Code:

["border_color"] = {0.6, 0.6, 0.6, 1},      -- Color for borders

Lua Code:

["border_color"] = {0.1, 0.1, 0.1, 1},      -- Color for borders

and then save the file and reload the UI.

To open Settings.lua you can use any plain text editor, like Notepad++. Remember to backup this file before updating.

As you can see the pic on the bottom. Second were would you go about changing the color of your cast bar without changing the health bar color. also the borders of unitframes/actionbar/minimap etc like the first pic on ur ui page.

Thank you! About the top panel: me too, I'm not 100% convinced on its position, but keeping it on mouseover it's not really a big issue :-)
EDIT: top panel is now disabled by default!

Yes, it's possible but you can't do it thru options menu in game. Anyway, it's easy: go to your AddOns folder and then open the folder called Config located inside ShestakUI; open the file Fonts.lua and change the line 36 from

["chat_font_style"] = "OUTLINE",

and then save.

That's all.

To open Fonts.lua you can use any text editor but I suggest you to use Notepad++.

A last thing: remember to backup that file before updating.
