I've also been trying to find it, used just about every tool I can think of. Even process explorer and process monitor can't see it.

how did you do this work before ？I did this using a .bat file and lot of time

I had a .php file processing all the files in a specific directory. However of course for the combat only version I had to go through each single folder and check if the correct files were replaced, as Blizzard didn't always stick to their own syntax of naming files.

To identify missing sounds I used a sound directory which included all extracted (non muted) sounds and then observed the file access of WoW.exe via Process Monitor. This could get extremely difficult at times, e.g. if a specific sound only appears mid-raid or during an encounter (and Blizzard used a TOTALLY different sound file for that).

Regarding DBM, I remember having those sounds as well...
There, found this in one of the comments:
"The both sound files DBM uses are "Sound\\Doodad\\BellTollNightElf.wav" and "Sound\\Spells\\PVPFlagTaken.wav"."

Not sure if that's still the case though.
