The /viewport menu.
CT Viewport   Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Adds the ability to change the game's viewport. This modifies the size of the rendered world, so that you can place UI elements outside of it. Use /viewport or, if you use CT_MasterMod, click the icon on the Misc Options tab in the Control Panel, to bring up the window.

Updated for WoW version 3.0 as of October 14, 2008.

in wrath this donīt autoload ... I have to do a /viewport and press appply for it to add the viewport ...

it works but itīs broken =)

Don't suppose there's a way to disable the spam it outputs when you load the frame up, hmm? I do have to hand it to you though, this is the first time I've seen this kind of drag and drop action within an addon's frame. (seen it in resizing buttons with MoveAnything, but never like this and never so smoothe)
