PerfectRaid  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: v50001-1.0.0
by: Cladhaire [More]
PerfectRaid is a whole new look on raid frames, giving you as much information as possible in an easily recognizable format that's easy to place. Show as much or as little as you're interested in, and completely customize using the each options editor.

Use /praid to open the configuration GUI.
  1. A preliminary frame editor is in game. It can be kind of complex at the moment, but it comes with a nice set of defaults for you to use.
  2. Added a pre-made buff dropdown to the buff editor screen

Its even easier after the patch, and much more powerful.

*sigh*. From a design perspective the burden of click-casting should NOT be on the unit frame. The unit frame should provide a way to let click-casting addons take control of their frames. PerfectRaid does this.

If the ClicktoCast author isn't going to add support for PerfectRaid, then I suggest downloading my own click-casting addon, Clique. Its quite capable, and just "works", like it should.

You can find it here on WoWInterface.

1.) No, there aren't any real columns, just a long list of frame that gets split up
2.) No, I don't "integrate" with any raid communication addons, but you'll be able to set player targets, and pull main tank targets from CTRA in TBC, at some point.

I agree, and its being rewritten. That being said, you won't see if before the expansion.

Fantasitic

Been playing in BC so I haven't raided much lately but I was playing on Live with the latest Praid yesterday and I was most impressed with the latest version! Everything was fabulous, glad there are 2 columns and a way to see which group people are in

@ Jandari:
I'd like to, but you will not see any changes in PerfectRaid before the expansion hits, and AFK status is not something easy to track.

@ Kamafeu:
Yes.. Once I have something working to my standards, I'll release it. The initial work has been good.

@ Paynez:
Umm.. you can /ace2 disable PerfectRaid in the live version. This is coded directly into the options handler for the BC version. Alternatively, PerfectRaidFrame:Hide() in a macro will do it for you.

Is there a way to hide the praid frames without completely disabling the mod? I can't seem to find one for the life of me, and I've tried everything I can think of. The command to 'start/stop' praid just seems to keep it from updating, and even a console reload leaves the frames there. I don't know, maybe I'm missing something obvious.

I LOVE these raid frames though, especially with the recent addition of the config interface.

Hello Cladhaire,

are you planning a alpha/beta version of perfect raid for the BC Beta?

TIA,

Kamafeu.
