PerfectRaid  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: v50001-1.0.0
by: Cladhaire [More]
PerfectRaid is a whole new look on raid frames, giving you as much information as possible in an easily recognizable format that's easy to place. Show as much or as little as you're interested in, and completely customize using the each options editor.

Use /praid to open the configuration GUI.
  1. A preliminary frame editor is in game. It can be kind of complex at the moment, but it comes with a nice set of defaults for you to use.
  2. Added a pre-made buff dropdown to the buff editor screen

Renew issue:

I have PR setup to only show my hot, Renew.
The MT (warrior) in g1-3 will show multiple Renew buffs however I did not see any multiples on any other player. I did confirm hots were being applied to other players just not the MT.

Mana Bar issue:
I have my raid frames set to eliminate the mana bar if the player does not use mana.
I was able to see Threat bars on Warriors and I'm 99% sure I saw the Rogue bar too.

Lastly, when in config mode and I save a setting the active window does not close. It would be helpful for the active window to close when a setting is saved.

None of these issues are game breaking in the slightest, I'm very happy with the changes !
Quick update, seems the mana bar and save issue are gone but now I see other renew's on all raid frames.

I've just released a beta version of PerfectRaid that adds some of the things we've been talking about, without adding too many bugs. In particular you can specify a new buff filter for "your spells" so you can have them displayed in a different color or with a different marker.

You can download the file by clicking the "Beta" tab at the top of the addon. Ideally I'll get the new configuration panel up and working sometime soon.. but wanted to at least get some of the newer stuff out.

I know it's been suggested in the past but I think it is worth mentioning again.
Bolding/highlighting/italics would work.. anything that would alert the healer that their hot is on a player.
Yes, I have this working in a pre-release version that I hope to have out soon.

Can't be done. If you're doing arenas, you can open the config and disable your praid frames for right now.

Probably, just low on my list given the other things that are going on.

ah ok someone already mentioned it, the ''taint'', 'interface action couldn't be processed due to an addon'', I get this with perfect raid and clique, is it because these addons are conflicting with each other?

Also ran just perfect raid and still got a taint log, you mentioned that perfect raid is allowed to taint its' own frames, overall, this continuously occurring... isn't it a bad thing?

If so, is there any way to have nothing to be tainted with perfect raid, or, is taint inevitable with any addon?
It doesn't matter. If you don't like seeing the errors you can ignore them, or disable buggrabber, or disable perfectraid. It should be fixed in an upcoming release, but it causes no issues with the addons, or slowdown, or anything.

Re: BugGrabber errors

The only error here is that BugGrabber is catching the errors and reporting them. They don't cause any problem whatsoever. Sure, PerfectRaid taints its own frames. It's allowed to do that.

That being said, next update should resolve most of these.
