PerfectRaid  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: v50001-1.0.0
by: Cladhaire [More]
PerfectRaid is a whole new look on raid frames, giving you as much information as possible in an easily recognizable format that's easy to place. Show as much or as little as you're interested in, and completely customize using the each options editor.

Use /praid to open the configuration GUI.
  1. A preliminary frame editor is in game. It can be kind of complex at the moment, but it comes with a nice set of defaults for you to use.
  2. Added a pre-made buff dropdown to the buff editor screen

Ah okei. Align to bottom makes group one at the bottom at the list and not at the top(if sorted by groups).

I have no clue about editing code, but will try look for it. Might be to consider on the next version. must be very practical when u have set the frames to the bottom of your screen

Am i totaly blind that doesn't see the option for this? since the old commands doesn't work on the new additions i recon it's in the frame option and i've tried every single option. If it's the align frames to BOTTOM option that should make it grow from the bottom and upwards its bugged. the only thing that do is the make group 1 at the bottom and not at the top.

Am i missing something or is it bugged? i have the newest version
Please calm down. If you can't get it working, then it's not there.

Hey Cladhaire! Been using your perfectraid mod now since it first came out and i love it! Been having a break from wow, but now i'm back so i ofc installed praid addon. Only thing i can't seem to get to work is to get it to grow upwards... It's impossible and it's driving me nuts... And i also remember that there was a spacing between each group without making different groups. Or do i maybe remember wrong? Anyways, hope you can help me since i didn't find any answers for it.

Any chance of implementing a countdown?

At the moment I use DoTimer, http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/3260/ to show me the remaining time on the Hot's I have running on people, but it isn't really optimal as I have to keep one eye on PerfectRaid and one eye on DoTimer and constantly try to figure out which PerfectRaid bar matches which DoTimer bar.

It would be so much easier if the countdowns were related to PerfectRaid and showed up next to the health bars PerfectRaid shows.

Regrowth runs 21 seconds and Rejuvenation runs 12 sec. I know perfectRaid detects when I use Regrowth and Rejuv on players because the Rg and Rj shows up. I also know that PerfectRaid detects when they disappear, either by running out or if I swithmend players.

I would love if PerfectRaid, instead of writing Rg when detecting Regrowth on a player, wrote 21, 20, 19, 18 and so on until detecting the Regrowth buff disappearing. Instead of Rj the countdown would start from 12 seconds. It would make a ton of difference for a swiftmending restodruid like me, I could hold off swiftmending until the counter reached a couple of seconds.

I have no programming skills, so I don't know if I'm asking a lot or a little. It's meant in a suggestive way, and it would make your PerfectRaid even more perfect.. :-)

Wow... I will have to open up your mod then, learn from your coding skills to get what I have even more down. (I can't get around the belief that certain mods that use large databases can be trimmed down a lot eg. Mendeleev, PT3)

But seriously, I am a low mem addict, and in raid (first they did one on SW cathedral, then we went to UC) without forced GC or reload I had 16MB in use, which is simply amazing in comparison to other numbers I've seen. Your mod is responsible for a big chunk of that Without Praid I wouldn't have gotten it THAT low even in and after raids. Thank you so much.

I hope you get the lil bug sorted soon.

Oh you certainly do not have to be sorry, if anything I should thank you for the quick reply. I'm still using r129 which works fine so I'll simply wait for when you are done with the new version.

If I find more (hopefully not) I'll let you know.
