Automaton is a lazy man's best friend. Automaton's mission is to automate as many small interface annoyances as possible, to unlock your true laziness. Use /auto or /automaton to enable or disable any of the included functionality:

Filter - Always default to showing only available spells and skill at trainers
Gossip - Navigates gossip and quest text for you.
Group - Automatically accepts group invites from anyone in your guild or friends list.
Loner - Decline guild invites.
Mailer - Saves the Send To field of your mail, and Alt + Right Click an item in your inventory to mail that item.
Queue - Joins battlegrounds queues automatically, can also join after a delay by using /auto queue delay.
Plates - Show Target Plates (default is V button) when in combat, and hide when not in combat.
Repair - Repairs all items any time you're at a vendor.
Sell - Sell all gray items when interacting with vendor.
Summon - Accepts summons automatically.
Release - Release to ghost in battlegrounds.
Rez - Automatically accepts resurrection requests you receive.
Wuss - Supress duel invitations by declining them, like the wuss you are.

1.3.5:
- is actually newer than 1.4.0 r9, which is quite stupid I know. This is an interim version that has changes merged in from the wowace repository, but is missing a few features I had in 1.4.0 r9. However, it works with 3.0!
1.4.0 r9:
- removed several modules which are no longer necessary, as the Blizzard UI now does them
- update the battleground queue delay to 60 seconds, since the time limit was reduced from 120 seconds to 80 seconds to enter a battleground with 2.4.3
- update toc to 20400
1.2.4 r26163:
- Fix a library issue with AceHook that prevented addon from loading

- Bump toc to 20003
- Remove specialevents dependency
- Dimsount now uses new API; no longer should cause errors
- Unshapeshift only registers taxi event if druid or shaman

- Fix bug in Queue that would not reset a delayed battleground join timer if leaving a queue and rejoining
- Add option to queue to automatically join the battlefield queue
- Add a Mailer module to simplify mailing. Saves the Send To field and alt + right click an item with the mailbox open to send that item.

- Added several modules: AutoLootBOP, AutoStand, AutoSummon
- fixed a bug in AutoDismount that prevented dismounting when the player had debuffs
- added shaman and priests to Unshapeshift
- AutoQueue will now always use the delay feature if the player is inside a battleground
- New delay options for AutoGroup and AutoRez
- AutoRepair will now instruct the player to go farm if they cannot afford the repair cost. Damn newbies.
1.2.0 r19309: Uploaded .zip again, some libraries seemed to be missing.
1.2.0: Removed AutoTrade, no longer compatable with 2.0. Added a couple new modules.
1.1.1: Fixed issues with options tables which caused DeuceCommander to be unhappy.
1.1.0: Modularized, added a host of new features.

I want to have the useless gossips being skipped but don't want that quest-items are automatically being turned in.
And it would be cool if there would be an option to go to an turn-in-quest-giver and talk to him, see what he want's (without auto-turn-in even if shift isn't pressed) and than have a button to say "turn-in everything I have" for that quest.

This is something I've been meaning to work on but it's pretty tricky to split them apart with the current implementation, especially in cases where they need to play nice when deciding which should take precedence.

Gxam and I have been talking about rewriting the module, if we do this is certainly something we'll take into consideration.

Disable it for now, from what I can tell so far it's not really useful anymore anyway and unless I can find that one special case where it could still be useful it's just going to be gone in the next release.

When I'm at an innkeeper, automaton automatically goes to the buy/sell ui when I talk to one. It keeps me from being able to set a new area as a home. Was curious if this was a part of the auto sell or auto repair option, or if it was just a bug. Thanks!

Holding shift before you do anything that is automated disables the auto features temporarily.

At least have some respect for the users of your mod

Take a second to think about what you wrote. "I really am offended by an addon thinking that I am a wuss." Try saying it out loud, and see if you can get through the whole sentence and actually believe it.

More importantly I don't owe you anything, and it offends me that you seem to think that I do. Mods are provided to you by the community for free out of sheer generosity. I didn't have to share this mod with anyone, but I thought some people might find it useful so I did. I'm even kind enough to occasionally respond to feature requests for things I never intend to use myself.

If you like the feature, be glad I shared it with you. If some piece of text in my mod offends you, either get over it or don't use it.

Personally I think you're a huge wuss if you can't even take a joke.

Not sure if this is your addon or autobar, but heres the error i get when i try to do leatherworking in cat form :3

Edit: Thanks for the great addon! It makes playing wow a LOT smoother and easyer.
Feature Suggestion: (im sure its been suggested already :P) Auto Buy Reagents, id also suggest a configurable list of what grey items to save, and what other non-grey items to sell, but im sure thatd take up a bit of coding, and bulk up the addon.

PS: Lazare69 is a wuss :P

dr_AllCOM3 A Cyclonian Forum posts: 40 File comments: 280 Uploads: 15	Repair conflicts with Guild Repair (again). Nothing gets repaired when Guild Repair is off. Every rez from a Druid gets rejected, when the option is turned on. Being in a BG doesn't stop the addon from autojoining into another.

I'd like to auto sell white items or less (so white/grey items) to vendors. Can we get an option to speicfy via a command the level to sell items? For example /auto sell white - This will sell all items white or less, so White and Grey items. /auto sell grey - This will sell all itemsgray or less. If we sell white or less items will this sell drinks and food? Can the addon me modified to sell all grey and white items but not when they are food, drink , potions or reciepes?
