    ATSW is a complete replacement for Blizzards tradeskill window with more overview and special functions.

    This replacement (works for all tradeskills, including enchanting!) provides you with:

    - a better overview
    The ATSW is bigger than the standard window, resulting in a much better overview over the thousands of items you can produce. Additionally, it lets you sort your recipes either by groups (as in the standard window), alphabetically or by difficulty. Alternatively, ATSW even lets you create your own groups and sort the recipes the way you like!
    ATSW also has a filter function: enter something into the filter line and ATSW hides all recipes that don't contain the text you entered. But this filter function can do more: it's a powerful search function that can filter for minimum/maximum level requirements, producable item counts, item rarity (color) and reagents necessary. Check out the readme for details on using this function!

    - more comfort
    The ATSW has a production queue: you can queue several different items and have them all produced automatically by just clicking one button.
    The ATSW is able to consider items you have to produce in order to use them as reagents in the production of other items. So: if you need item A to produce item B, you don't have to manually produce first item A, then item B. The ATSW does that for you: you just tell it to produce item B and it automatically queues the production of item A and - afterwards - item B. If you are missing some reagents to produce both items you get a message telling you exactly which reagents you need.
    ATSW helps you telling your friends what reagents you need for a specific item: just click on a recipe with your shift-key pressed and the chat line opened and the reagent info will be added to the chat line.
    ATSW shows you what reagents you need to process the whole production queue. It even tells you how many of each reagent you have in your bank, on alternative characters on the same server (in this case, it can even tell you on which characters) and which reagents are buyable from merchants. In case of buyable reagents ATSW can automatically buy all missing and available items from a merchant when you are speaking to him.

    ATSW explicitly supports ArmorCraft, LS3D craft info and Fizzwidgets ReagentCost. Other addons that change the original tradeskill window will probably not work with ATSW.

    Inventory problem
    I'm having a problem with ATSW still thinking there are items in my bags after I have used them. It is happing with both leatherworking, firstaid and cooking. I havent had a chance to check other yet.

    I attempted to use this addon today, 0.7.7 version. There are several bugs that need to be addressed to make this a usable addon. I tried with multiple professions on multiple alts and had a lot of problems.

    First, when crafting from the queue, it drags the game to a stop. My FPS drops from it's typical 60 to under 10, responses from keys are delayed by several seconds or ignored completely, and even the act of crafting is being delayed. When crafting a stack of the same glyph, I had crafting times that varied from four to nine seconds, with no real pattern to the times. This was true with every other addon turned off.

    Second, the reporting of number of craftable items is inconsistent. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. It does not always respond to changes in the options. The count is off. It also does not seem to know which materials can be purchased from vendors.

    Third, ATSW has changed the typical search setup so that you cannot search based on materials. For instance, in default WOW or in Skillet you can enter "Ink of the Sea" and get all items made with that ink. In ATSW, if you enter "Ink of the Sea" you get only that ink.

    Fourth, the tooltip boxes that pop up by default when you hover over a craftable item name in ATSW extend off of the screen and so are illegible. I had to keep dragging ATSW around with Fluid Frames. I finally just disabled those popups.


    I had heard a lot of recommendations for this addon, so the fact that the queue is completely useless has disappointed me. I will check back to see if these issues are a 3.2 problem and get fixed, because otherwise I don't see how people like this addon so much.

    This is a very usable addon. And I love it.

    Just because you, in your limited setup fail to use it do not render you the power to deem it useful or not.

    I vote for no support to this guy, no matter what his issues are.

    He need to have a more polite tone to get help.

    He's not lying. This addon slows down everything. It's been like this for so long already (and yes I did try disabling all other addons and still got the same result). I don't have any idea regarding item data caching or w/e but seriously, is it needed?

    The official crafting window doesn't have such feature and it seems to work just fine. ATSW starts up slowly due to the caching. And afterward it seems a little sluggish with all kind of random freezing all over the place.

    I'm not gonna ask for a fix if it requires so much a**-licking. Is there some alternative, up-to-date addons for ATSW?

    I no longer get the "Buy Reagents" button when I go to a vendor that sells items I need to process my queue. In order to do this, I have to open up the vendor window and ATSW, bring up the reagent list and click the "Buy reagents from currently selected merchant" button. This is very annoying.

    I also have had several problems, mostly with lockups. These happen when switching from smelting, to Eng.
    I also get locked up when exiting WOW. Sometimes to the point I have to reboot the computer.
    I just took all my addon's out and reinstalled them a few at a time untill I got to ATS, and the lockups started again.

    It's a shame, this seams like a really nice addon. But I can't use it...

    Conflict may be with Advanced Tradeskill Window Levels
    Greetings all,

    I like this addon. I noticed the slowdown recently too. When I did some looking, I found that Advanced Tradeskill Windows - Levels had somehow been added to my system. It is not needed since we have ATSW, so I deleted that addon and am back to the performance I received earlier.

    I hope this helps everyone.

    Any oen know if the scribing bug been fixed yet?

    This is the only thing stoping me from being able to use this mod atm i using skillet, that outofdate, but it does work. Even if it does not show all the glys as big or smalls

    Is there a way to lock the window in place ? ( it annoys me when i mis click and move it accidentaly )

    and is there a way to resize it a bit ? (LilSparky's Workshop addon adds some info and its a bit cut off on the last digit )
