Due to lack of time, I left the game some months ago.
Anyone who wants to take over the mod, feel free to.
Or pick apart the code and write your own, better one

Rewritten for WoW 2.0
One-key mounting solution, useful whether you have just one mount or several.
Supports all mounts currently in game, sensibly chooses/randomizes between what you have.
Bind a key and hit it to mount/unmount or shapeshift/deshift, or use '/click GoGoButton' in a macro.
Spell support
Supports paladin & warlock summonable mounts.
Shaman ghost wolf & druid travel forms - in combat as well.
Use '/gogo spell' to toggle whether to include spells in randomization or not.
Autodismount support
Dismounts you automagically when clickking on herbs/ores or using offensive spells/abilities.
Use '/gogo auto' to toggle this on/off.
Preferred mounts support
You can assign one or more preferred mounts for each zone.
Use '/gogo ItemLink' or '/gogo SpellName' to add pref.
Use '/gogo clear' to clear prefs for current zone.
Warning: GoGo will use your preferred mounts even if you have faster ones.
Localizations
English, French, German - feel free to send me more.
Changes:
2.0.16 - added second button for land mounts only, fixed mounting in Twisting Nether, reset settings (new format).

Side node: GoGoMount doesn't seem to ever choose my [Reins of the Dark War Talbuk].

Equipment switching upon events like mounting falls under the domain of equipment management addons, such as ItemRack. Unfortunately, the current nonbeta version of ItemRack does not detect when you mount a Talbuk, but i think it gets the others. Anyway, it's not the only option, but there are options out there.
Originally posted by grandthrash I found a tiny bug almost not worth mentioning.. when you stand on an island of land when zone indicates twisting nether it will attempt to use land mount instead of flying mount. Not really any reason to land out here but it does support flying mounts as twisting nether = outlands.
Ah, true. I pull the outlands zone list from game at login - to avoid localization issues - and Twisting Nether isn't on that list.

Originally posted by Corrodias I'm approaching level 70 and will soon have to deal with this question: How does GoGoMount prioritize between land mounts and flying mounts, in Outland and Azeroth? If it defaults to flying mounts where possible, could we perhaps get a second keybind that forces the use of a land mount?
Dual keybinds are inc, I'm just having trouble finding the time to write them atm. Soon

Originally posted by grandthrash It would be nice to have the autodismount turn itself off when on flying mounts and back on for regular mounts. It is pretty dangerous flying around when 1 misclick of a heal button will drop you from the sky but the feature is nice when not in outlands.
Oh, forgot to answer you - I wrote it into last update. Autodismount is now disabled if you're off the ground.

First I love your mod i really do, but as of last night i was about ready to throw the whole computer out the window LOL.
The mod is working with everything but my warlock. it's actaully very weird I can not mount with it but I can dismount with it. <Big Sigh> I did see your comment to my last post : "Try '/gogo spell' and see if it works then." I'll give that a try i think it's the only thing I have not tried. Any suggestions plz let me know. No warlock love LOL j/k I'm sure it'll be fixed.
Problem is, I don't actually have a lock or a pally (it's the mana, I hate mana). I managed to heroically endure 16 levels of it to get a test druid char, but don't foresee doing 40 levels' worth of it in near future
You could try '/gogo spell', aye - maybe your lock's spell setting got toggled off when I broke old settings a few updates back. The next step would be using '/gogo debug' whenever GoGo doesn't work and checking for anything suspicious there.
edit: remember, just '/gogo' shows all your settings. A bit oldfashioned, doing command line only, but I don't have any features yet that'd justify the exra weight of pretty full-blown GUI.
