Fairy Tale texture credits: Rheia

changes/notes:
- it only uses 3 textures instead of 4
- Fairy style textures added
- edited XArt code to work for the Top of the screen, it's still 2 separate addons, you can just use the bottom texture or the top texture as a "standalone"
- supposed to be used with 1280x1024
- XArt is Ace based, the libs are included

so thats about 1 year old and i think credits for the graphics goes to Rheia from the Discord Forum ..

A question though: where do you get the textures for ag_uf from? Would like to use those as they look awesome and would perfectly fit to my warlock ui
