Sell-O-Matic  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: l05
by: Silmano [More]

The purpose of this mod is to help us sell the kind of items that we get most frequently: Junk!

How to use it

  1. Open the merchant window.
  2. Check if the top right coin style button is greyed or not.
  3. If the button isn't greyed it means you have items to sell.
  4. If you hover your mouse above the button it will display the total profit you will earn.
  5. Hit the button and all junk items will be sold.
  6. Profit!

SellOMatic vs SellOMatic2
SellOMatic has been rewritten to give the old SellOMatic lovers the essence of the addon back, to sell those pesky junk items without complications: No options, no lists, no problems. Also it has been rewritten to be a light and fast addon.
SellOMatic2 is the evolution of the addon, giving the user the ability to choose which modules/functions to enable to configure the addon as the user needs. It includes list/item/class/destroy functions to suit a variety of needs. More info here

Re: Re: Re: Re: FR locale

The icon option might be good. Will take a look at it.

I actually prefer the icon method. I'm a visual person, and I don't like having extra words on the screen when an icon would work just as well. Aesthetics, I know, but I think the icon is the best option with localization, since you can't guarantee that the correct translation will fit into your button. That's my two cents at least. =)

Can you add a string to the button "Sell" ?
thanks !
Thanks for the contribution, I've already uploaded the new version.

I will check if I can make the button also localizable (so you can set it to "vente" :P), the main reason I havent done it yet is because the anchor is static, so if you add some word that is larger, it could display the button out of the merchant window. It will still work without problems, but could look weird by not showing correctly. I will try to test it later so I can take an screenshot so its easier to see.

By default is the same for all your characters but you can make character specific lists in the profiles menu.

To change the default profile open the Sell-O-Matic interface menu or type /som, then click on the "+" symbol to open all the menus and click on profile. There you will have the option of creating a new profile per realm, character, class, etc...

Is the "sell list" character specific? Or is it a default profile or something for all toons. I didn't see that mentioned anywhere. I need separate sell lists for each toon.

Thanks

I am posting this on Curse, wowui, and WoWinterface, lets see if it stays this time... and oh, it is going into the Curse forums as well.
