I am just using this for two days and I also encounter the previous quest showing instead of the clicked on one.

Is there a way to clear the cache or have a reset? to have it kick in again? Right now at least WoW restart will do the trick but that's, to say the least, awkward...

I really like it, when it works!!! Something to stick by.

I'm having issues using the addon. I have the Loremaster addon installed, but I don't know what's causing the issue. I don't get any errors or anything, but the current version at the top of the window says "LightHeaded v.SVN" and every time I open a quest (not from the Loremaster addon but from my quest log) it pulls up the previous quest I navigated to manually (since I have to use the search function), not the new quest I just opened.

Also, waypoint clicking into TomTom is not working. I have the latest versions of both addons installed, but I'm not sure where the waypoints are being sent. For example, I'm currently in Howling Fjord at 31.27, 75.67. I clicked on the waypoint in the first comment of The Frozen Heart of Isuldof (33,75), but it created the waypoint 10,125 yards away from me. I can't actually find the TomTom waypoint on my map anywhere after several minutes of looking, but it does have the correct name ("[LH] The Frozen Heart of Isuldof"). The tooltip says "Waypoint to 33.00, 75.00", so that's correct, and if I manually create the arrow using "/way 33 75" it is created at the correct location, but clicking the coords doesn't work.

Just chiming in on this glitchy duality, same exact symptoms. (To be fair, carbonite quests causes it's own, much briefer, post-login pause. The two together is over a minute. Probably some kind of race? )

I just installed Lightheaded and I'm getting the same 1+ minute freeze on startup.

Is the parsing completed and if not is there a date it will be available?

An observation on the problem with the LightHeaded window appearing with incorrect quest information, I was having this issue as well and while LH was up, I clicked on a different quest in my tracker. This prompted it to show the right data. After that, I was able to click on the quest I initially opened and LH showed the right data for that quest as well.

This only happened after I clicked on a LH link to an alternate quest in the chain I was looking at - before doing that, LH would always respect the intially loaded quest info from my click on the Objective Tracker.

Also, while this method does allow for non-search-based LH use after encountering this behavior, LH still retains the last viewed quest initially when I click on a quest in the tracker... While it's open, it respects that tracker clicks, but on initial display, it still shows whatever it was last showing. I seem to recall, dimly (this was ~2 years ago) that I observed some ... odd behavior from LH after using its search and linked-quest features, but clicking on a quest in the log always resolved them. :P Obviously with the death of the Quest Log this won't help people using the addon now, but it might help with the debugging? I hope? ^__^;;

When running these 2 addons, there is a 1+ minute startup freeze and a 2-second stutter.

As I am a fan of this addon (anyone that can suck data from WoWhead deserves props), would you and Rythal mind coming to a resolution?

Yes, that functions properly, but when I open the next objective, the LH comments are still on the last quest I was looking at. There's no way to open the LH comments for the quest I have clicked on, except to use the LH search to find it, and then click on it in the search results.

One issue I'm noticing with the latest version. I can click on the objective and bring up the LH window next to the classic style quest window, and all is fine. Once I complete that quest and move on, and click on another quest on the objective list, it will bring up the classic style quest window with the LH window, but the LH window will still be on the comments from the previous quest. I can't bring up the LH comments for the quest I'm trying to see unless I use the search window in LH to search for that quest. This then continues to happen for each additional quest I want to view until I log out and back in to WoW.

Love the addon, but the details window doesn't pop up when I click on a quest in the quest log.

I have installed latest version from wowinterface
I have confirmed autodetails is toggled on
I can manually load the window using "/lh show" and it shows correct details
I relocated to the details pane to makes sure it wasn't popping up behind the log


It seems to work fine manually just not "automatically" as described below

Any thoughts?
