TomTom

TomTom is your personal navigation assistant in World of Warcraft. This addon is very simple, but provides a nice set of functionality. Thanks to Esamynn for Astrolabe, which does the bulk of the work in this addon.

TomTom offers the following major features:

Set waypoints via command, or by clicking on the world map
A draggable coordinate display with customizable accuracy. This frame can be hidden or locked.
Player and cursor coordinates on the World Map (these can be hidden)
A floating "crazy-taxi" style arrow that points you to your destination
Displaying the "crazy-taxi" arrow or coordinate block in compatible LDB displays (such as NinjaPanel)
Show a waypoint that points you towards your corpse for easy recovery
Can set waypoints by clicking on quest objective POIs on the World Map and watch frame.

/tomtom - Opens configuration GUI

In addition you can use the /way command to add and reset waypoints. In order to overcome conflicts with the Cartographer /way command, you can also use /tway to access TomTom's waypoint command. The following slash commands are available:

Add a new waypoint at 14.78, 23.90:

When you set a waypoint, a dot will appear (green) on your minimap. When it goes out of range of the minimap display, it will turn into an arrow, just like the default UI. You can mouse over these waypoints to get detailed information about that waypoint.

TomTom has been designed to publish the Crazy-Arrow and Coordinate Block as LDB feeds, allowing them to be displayed in compatible display addons. I've written a very simple, easy-to-configure panel that is capable of displaying these called NinjaPanel.

Map coords half offscreen too

Mine used to sit nicely on the bottom border of the worldmap, now they're (mostly) offscreen at the bottom. I can kinda figure out what they are, but it's a pita

nope, that ain't it. Seems to have happened recently. I'm sure this woulda bugged me pretty quick after it started happening. Shoulda paid more attention

There is no order to waypoints. The waypoint shown will always be the last one you added, and it will not automatically select another waypointn at all if you disable the closest waypoint feature.

Sorry i forgot to come back and update this. Yeh im running TourGuide also and when i got my first quest it didnt point me in the direction of where i should find the mobs. The last addon for questing i had did this, and i figured this one would do the same. Apparently not, but later i got the arrow for quest completion. So it works just fine. My fault. Sorry.

I have quite a few addons that run right now, but none of them are giving me any .lua errors. Im not receiving any errors whatsoever, so not even sure what the problem is.

I don't know, there's just no other such addon.
Everything else is just what Blizzard did themself - a maps of waypoints.
QuestHelper actually route you through them.

The crazy taxi arrow will just continue to point in the direction of target I.E. north I can actually walk past the target and it will still be pointing north.

Ok I have disabled all addons but Tomtom and now i cant even pull the tomtom config up.
