I have this problem also, but just started today, was fine yesterday.

On my set up it is indeed Oglow, or some conflict with another addon. I keep all addons on except Oglow and the problem goes away. I'll check what was updated today, as it must be one of those.

This has nothing to do with oGlow. Try it for yourself; disable ALL addons except oGlow. You will have no problems whatsoever.

This is what I hate about error reports, people don't disable all other addons before they assume it's a particular one.

I was wondering if there was anyway to get it to show the glow on other users paperdoll? Such as when you inspect them, it longer shows the color of their items.

You know that it works, but those searching for add-ons would tend to pass over an outdated add-on that appears not to have been updated. There are alternatives out there with more recent updates such as FizzleInventory that even include the "one feature request" that you mention, with a user selectable color.

Updating an add-on, even if it's the TOC, indicates to the rest of us that the author has tested it and is certifying it's compatibility with the latest patch as of the file date. Those that don't know how to update the TOC themselves cannot use your add-on via the default settings, thereby forcing them to enable out-of-date add-ons which could cause more potential conflicts due to incompatibility from older add-ons that remain on their system. Version dating is a design mechanism created by Blizzard to prevent potential issues. We are allowed to override this at our own risk. Why encourage risky behavior?

That being said, oGlow does indeed appear to be working with the latest WoW patch (changed the TOC to indicate version 30000) as of my posting date. I am pleased that oGlow still works since it seems to provide a glow to almost every view where items are viewable. Rest assured that I'll post any bugs or incompatibility that I find.

For the record, I'm not a file admin or related to Wowinterface staff in any way. I'm simply a concerned gamer.

Sad to see this cool addon die a slow death from lack of updates

Seems to be a problem with ArkInventory. I do see the glow in Armory. But since Wrath and new ArkInventory it seems to no longer work
