oGlow will light up your items, by adding a quality border to them. It will only display this border for common quality items and above.

It will currently only display the quality borders on the following places:
* Inventory
* Inspect
* Bank
* Guild bank
* Bags
* Mail
* Merchant
* Trade
* Professions
* Character fly-out
* Character
* Loot
* Void storage

I will make it support some other frames also, but this is it for now.

lol i had the opposite of what he had i like mine brighter an what it was.. I didn't have a problem changing the code to what i need.. This is a good way to learn codeing if you mess it up just reinstall it.. =)

Sadly, I don't see any need to spend any time on adding any options at all, unless there's a demand for it.

When I saw this first time I just tought "this is my thing", when I tried it, however it was a bit too glowy for my taste. I browsed through the code, found and alpha value and editing it got it suit better for my tastes though I was wondering if making a commandline setting for that would be too much of a hassle, but then again I know next to nothing about actual mod making, I just have this touch to get lucky with code editing sometimes..

I have been using "bagnon" and "examiner" for some time now, and thought it could be cool to have my char sheet etc. light up green+ items like in those two addons.... and tadaaaaa here it is

lol funny but............................................

I was thinking to doing an addon like this for about 3 weeks, Since i cant get any bag addon to work right.. Taints and errors is all you get.. Then i seen this oglow thing and said let me see what this is.. WOW i have to say this is cool... NO MORE TAINTS !!!! weeeeeeeeee..

Ohh by the way i don't need to do any coding now lol.. Ohh boy i hate coding.. =)

Side note....... Never thort of looking something like this up. got me ?

Inspect Frame

When I rightclick and Inspect on someone in my team, oGlow does not add a shine to the equip. When I target the person and then inspect her as target, it works. Bug or Feature?

and it never will . You're better of asking the author of ArkInventory to add support for quality coloring of the item border.

I don't do other add-ons item border because:
- add-ons usually change their code quite often, which might break this add-on. It also adds lots of extra work maintaining code which will work between the minor revision of the add-on.
- it's a 10 lines change for the author to add. Adding it into the add-on itself is also a lot more resource friendly .

That would be an issue with Combuctor and not oGlow, as oGlow doesn't touch anything related to Combuctor .

I think there's a problem with Combuctor and oGlow. The quality borders are off as it's showing things to be epic when they aren't.

Wow! That was a quick reponse and update. To be honest I thought you wouldn't even see my post.

Anyway, downloaded both updated closetgnome and oglow and they seem to work fine together. Thanks!
