TradeJunkie v5.0 - Blacksmithing with tooltip

TradeJunkie is now powered by WoWHead. Due to this, I will only update TJ here on WoWInterface.com. You will see TJ updated to 5.0 <BETA> on the other sites but that will be the final update there.

TradeJunkie shows you what tradeskills you are missing.

Tradeskills marked in green are currently learnable while red means you need to level your skill more until you can learn it.

The Show All check box in the window will toggle between showing only the recipes that you can learn vs. all the recipes in the database.

NOTES:
------
If you drop and get a new tradeskill and it errors out, just type "/console reloadui" without quotes to get the database to work. Specialization may not work.

Cooking got lost in a database restructure.

Command: /tj open will toggle between having TradeJunkie automatically open when you open a tradeskill window.)

- Added Inscription ... lost cooking. THe database is a little different now. With the Beta the only info in is recipes and profession levels ... no help on where to get the recipes yet. Please read the main info.

- Added the beginning of Inscription (no recipes yet.) When a tradeskill is linked TJ will keep the TJ button and window from appearing.

- New core re-write. TJ Now takes even less memory then before. It will only load the tradeskills you know. See notes in Description. Removed Ace2 and changed the way recipes are loaded not needing localization.

- Fixed a database issue with Reputation standings. If you have an error with Powerful Anti-Venom in First Aid, get this update.

Also I had to redo the database in response to the fact that I got help from WoWHead. It will take more time to get all the infomation in, but right now I have a beta version with tradeskills so you can see where I am at in the work. Thank you all for your patience. DragonFlyy

any update on the update? its been a long while since you said an update would be posted. i hope you continue your work on this.

if not can you recommend a replacement mod?

Nothing over 375 skill. The notes state it doesn't contain Inscription recipes, but no mention that nothing else is updated either. Good luck updating this; I liked its design.

Mine does alter the categories when it first opens to read ALL of your tradeskills then sets them back the way their were supposed to be.

Im not sure yet if its this addon, tradetabs or Doublewide TradeSkills, but when I goto my profession be it blacksmith or leatherworking I have to click on the drop down menu and select "all categories" (or whatever is says) and then I can use the other drop down on the right to select the inventory slot I want it to display only. If I dont do that first nothing is really listed in that right drop down so I cant filter my skills unless I click the left drop down first and click on "all **" thanks for a great addon UPDATE: IT was not this addon causing the problem it was Altoholic Last edited by Zephinos : 12-08-2008 at 01:42 PM.*

Yes, these are my plans for the future. I am having little time to do database entry and have been trying to make a website where users that enjoy tradejunkie can help. Also am making a portion of my addon gather the data needed in the addon itself. However this is gonna take time and between job and wanting to play ... it's getting a little tough lol.
