    Pretty much, the look/position is from I believe eCastingBar which broke back when TBC came out, so just did it myself since nobody seems to have a simple replacement for it.

    Open DamnCastTimes.lua

    look for

    self.castTimeText:SetFont(path, 11, "OUTLINE")

    Change the 11 to whatever you want as the font size, bigger number is a bigger size.
