NeonChat

NeonChat does a simple thing:

It colors the chat input and chat border to match the chat you are about to write.

Now it's easier to notice if you are about to talk into a wrong chat!
Prettiness rules OK!

Notice! Moving the EditBox over the chat requires extra addon to be installed! NeonChat won't do this job, and for that I use BasicChatMods.

That tells me some addon / macro is trying to print stuff in chat with very dirty way when you login.
If you have ie '/s Hai guys!' in macro, it'll leave the chatborder as white eventho the ChatFrameEditBox haven't been opened (most likely a bug, will have to look at it).

Before installing this, i had no border around chatwindow, and now border is here when i log on in game (white color), it dissapears after i press enter to type and escape to cancel, but still, border appears when i typing in channel (channel colorized). I want only editbox colored border, is it possible?

If you need something that changes the "layout" (and I assume you mean chat font and size and such) then you'll need a mod that's a little more robust like Chatter or Prat.
