SLTimex splits like SLStats and SLCommunity in it's current state, so that each module can be relocated independently from the others.

The other features are additions that will come post-SLCore's release. I've put a lot of consideration to enhancing the modules themselves, which is why I decided to split the modules apart as independent add-ons the way FuBar does. This will allow enhancing them without "forcing" additional module's overhead.

Yes, this will be available when SLCore is released with the new SL Add-on structure. See Pre-Beta Interfaces forum for details on SLCore.

Seperator Characters will be available in the SLCore release as well. All module display text will also be reworked and it will be possible for users to define the text display layout via the in-game configuration SLCore will provide.

You mean to anchor, say, an SLStats module to an SLTimex module? That's a feature that doesn't exist (yet).

Doesn't look like a Locale problem, as the argument that's creating this error is the actual XP numerical data. Any idea what you were doing when this happened? Error more than once? Can you reproduce?
