Description:
oUF P3lim is a layout made for the unitframe framework oUF.
It is a personal layout, customized to my every need, and because of this I do not take any feature requests.
I've written this layout to be easily readable, for those who would like to use it as a reference to their own layout(s).
If you intend to use this layout or parts of it, please credit me for my work.

Features:
  • Minimalistic layout
  • Accounts for most roles and playstyles
  • Easy-to-understand code for forks
  • Completely stand-alone, oUF is embedded
  • oUF Experience is also embedded
  • oUF MovableFrames is also embedded (type /pmf to move)

The following units are supported:

The following class-specific powers are supported:
  • Death Knight (Runes)

The only options available are moving/scaling. Type /pmf to unlock, see interface options to reset.

Portraits were such a shock I was compelled to post about how terrible they are and so on...


..but, why are they all of a sudden not so terrible with your frames? I mean I've done the same thing before with addons and that's so old school, but for some reason it's ok with ouf_P3lim. My world! My world is upside down!

I'm currently using your layout in my UI tho. there is one issue with casting bar.

whenever i do Pushed to far daily for the frostborn and im in control of the bird it uses blizz default casting bar and not the oUF one that you got.

this is with .55 one tho so maybe you have fixed it already or if its a bug in oUF generally.

but is there any way to fix this?

Health Color/Numbers and Elite Status?

Hi. Very nice unit frames! Sorry, but would someone happen to know the values to change the health colors to the Blizzard green? Or something close to Blizzard green? Is it 0.45, 0.73, 0.27?

What part do I have to change to make the player health show as xxxx/xxxx instead of a %? Do I change:

bar.Text:SetFormattedText('|cffff8080%d|r %d|cff0090ff%%|r', min-max, floor(min/max*100))

to

?

Its fixed in revision 57, dont worry, I use this layout 100% of the time I play, bugs get fixed rather fast.

There are some errors in the newest version .55. The target Info calls the tag function with a typo on line 326 and 328 where it says self:Tag(info,...) and calls a nil value, to fix it make the I capital to get the Info value from a few lines up. self:Tag(Info,...)

The tag itself is buggy, so the name won't display, but the fix above makes the affected frames act the way it should.

This was actually implemented by default, but I forgot to enable it.
Newest version has pet power values

I've just got a quick question - is it possible to show the mana/energy number amount for your self pet? (e.g. the Red Drakes for Malygos).

(I searched through all the previous posts and I couldn't find anything of relevence, I apologise if I missed anything)

Any help would be greatly appreciated since I'm a complete amateur at any kind of coding.

The size itself is hardcoded, but you could use SetScale().

Also, the whole thing is made in a table, which might be quite unreadable/hard to understand for the unexperienced one.

Though you can find the piece at lines 354 to 383.
