HearMeClear

HearMeClear was a very quick update and modification of my previous addon SurgeOfLight. This addon has been updated to work with 2.4's new combat log and will provide an icon and sound alert when Clearcasting procs, since it seems patch 2.4 has removed the sound.

This may work for other classes who have a clearcating-like effect as well, but since I only have my mage I can't test that.

If you want other clearcasting effects added let me know.
