Simple Light Data Text v9.0.2
SLDataText is a lightweight addon based on text based modules, which can be moved & customized independently or globally. It includes LibSharedMedia support for expanded font selection, and various degrees of mouse click interaction on various module frames. It also supports user-created plug-ins to expand on the module selection beyond what is included in this package. Plug-ins can be as vast or as tiny as desired. Included is are custom libraries (LibSL-1.0 and LibSLTip-1.0) that are used for module configuration menu management and interactive tooltips.
Each module can be positioned independently via dragging and placement can be fined tuned via the configuration menu. Fine tuning includes manual frame anchoring, text justification, X/Y value tweaking, and frame strata value.
Each module has an independent configuration menu, and the AddOn has a global menu to handle unified font types & sizes. The following modules are contained in this package:

Nope, I'm on enUS. Maybe an old version of the file slipped into the archive? I definitely didn't monkey with any of the files (other then extracting them) before opening WoW. Perhaps when I saved it after making the change I listed, I did so as UTF-8 without realizing (I use UltraEdit Pro). I do notice an obvious formatting difference between the two original locale files. The enUS one is all left-justified as I'd expect, but there appears to be a bunch of extra tabs on the deDE one.

mar: Auto-repair is something I can possibly add. Customization of the Tablet tooltip for Guild/Friend would require a lot of excess code for a very minor thing, and I prefer to keep the modules as slim as possible.
fearha: "What" clock settings? The strings field to pull from the date() API? You shouldn't have to go into the LUA to do anything with any of the modules unless you're modifying it for some special reason. Arkive: Are you on a german client? I'll look into this, I had this error when testing (on enUS client) and managed to resolve it by ensuring the encoding of the file was UTF-8. It should be saved to UTF-8 as well. ranova: Friend notes, I don't know. Possibly...I'll have to look into it. Tooltips for Friend/Guild modules are Tablet based, and cursor anchoring of those wouldn't "really" change anything, except that you would have a floating tablet tooltip instead of one anchored to the window. The anchors offer more flexibility to ensure the module doesn't get covered, or only shows in a certain part of your game screen. You "can" hide blizz memory (it's in the options), however to fix a "studder" problem, if you have a certain amount of AddOns loaded that require parsing for memory, the module will default to standard blizzard-based memory values to avoid the stutter from high AddOn count loads. |

Would be awesome if you could implement these features: (In the horizon atleast)
* Auto-repair toggle for the durability-module * Customize the layout of the guild-list (Such as removing the border, left/right-align the list, sorting by rank, etc.) |

Can't change the clock settings, editing the string produces Lua-errors no matter what I choose. Just wanted to change to 24hour format.
Everything else seems fine (german client), really love Sldt thanks for your efforts

I get this with the latest version and no other addons enabled but SLDT (I'm running enUS localization):
Code:
[2008/10/29 06:25:35-15-x1]: SLDataText-2.10\Locale\deDE.lua:4: attempt to index local 'L' (a nil value) local L = LibStub("AceLocale-3.0"):NewLocale("SLDataText", "deDE") to this makes the error go away: local L = LibStub("AceLocale-3.0"):NewLocale("SLDataText", "deDE", true) |

will there ever be an option to enable friends notes, tooltip anchored on mouse for friends and guild, and memory usage without blizzard ui included into the calculation?

Interface\AddOns\SLDataText\Elements\Clock.lua:313: attempt to index global 'TimeManagerClockButton' (a nil value)
Interface\AddOns\SLDataText\Elements\Clock.lua:30: <unnamed>:SetFormattedText(): Font not set Count: 99 Getting these two errors and it is not displaying the clock. Everything else is working great. Any ideas?
