tekticles

tekticles is a simple set of fonts, derived from ClearFont2. I only ever used one set of fonts from CF2 (the Calibri set), so I ripped CF2 down to it's bear ass and stripped off all the extra crap. This addon is what's left.

DAMAGE_TEXT_FONT = NUMBER

change NUMBER to NORMAL. I think, that will work.

Kaaihn A Defias Bandit Forum posts: 3 File comments: 52 Uploads: 0	In a raid, if you open the default raid pane and right click a person, you get the options of promote to main tank, and promote to main assist. Choosing either brings up a popup that Tekticles has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI, Disable or Ignore. I dont want to disable, so I can't promote someone to main tank or assist in the default frames now. Clearfont apparently has the same problem, if there is a fix for it. Furthermore, you have to get WoWInsider to quit scooping your big addons! I've had 3 reviews literally an hour from being post-ready, when I read WI just covered it. (Buffet and Panda are the absolute poop!) Lawl!

When it comes to addons, the phrase should refer to Tekkub's Razor. Occam'sJunkSeller was SOOOOO bloated!

Tek, just recode the whole damn UI. No, wait, then everything would be perfect and Armageddon would trigger. Don't do Unit Frames. the evil that is Pitbull will be enough to hold off the Rapture.

Actually, most of my "core" UI is my own rewriting. There's a few things that are not:
1) Bags, OneBag works for me, and every time I look at it to rewrite it... I just can't find the motivation
2) Unitframes, I use agUF for target/player/pet/focus... see (1)... and PerfectRaid (works wonderfully, I would never rewrite it)

There are of course a number of mods that are not my own, which I can't motivate myself to rewrite... like Auctioneer, ArcHUD, MSBT...

Tsany A Deviate Faerie Dragon Forum posts: 14 File comments: 9 Uploads: 2	just my 1 copper, but maybe you want to change the .lua file for the font into Font1.ttf - Font4.ttf / Font5.ttf so let say you want to install other fonts than calibri, you just have to put the new font into the folder and rename it into Font1.ttf and so on. it's not a big change tho.. lol. i just change 8-9 lines and rename 4 files. y'know what.. i hate you.. your addon is so damn nice. simple yet that's all i want.. no more heavy addons just for changing the map looks. altho u might consider the alpha.. but hell i'll do it by myself.. your code is easy to read. /bow

lol. no.. that's not what i really meant

for example... i change into

so everytime i change fonts i just rename them into Font1-5. it's kinda weird to have Arial font with Calibri filename isn't it =P
