Alekk UI 1280*1024   Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
This is a modified version of Alekk UI, for 1280*1024 resolution.

Last ipdate for 3.1 version! Alekk has not made an update of original compilation, so there are some small differencies in compilation and there also might be some glitches. Feel free to report

Sure there must be glitches in it and feel free to report them.

Install:
1) Delete your "Interface" and "WTF" folder.
2) Copy the folders "WTF" "Fonts" and "Interface" from the "Alekk UI - 1280*1024" folder to your World of Warcraft folder.
3) Rename "ACCOUNTNAME" to your accountname.
4) Rename "Servername" to your server name.
5) Rename "Charactername" to your characters name.
5) In game: type "/msbt" and load Alekk UI.
7) In game: type "/recount profile copyfrom Сосбек - Подземье"
8) In game: type "/bar" and copy from Алекк - Свежеватель душ profile
9) In game: type "/bf" and select "caith" skin
0) In game: type "/reload ui"
  Change Log - Alekk UI 1280*1024
3.1 version based on Alekk UI 1.4a update
3.0.3 version based on Alekk UI 1.1a update
  Comments - Alekk UI 1280*1024

hi could anyone tell me what addon that you use that lets u see what reward from a quest is worth most.

Hey Sosbek,
I tried to update ui UI and fix it, but i got only a piece of s**t.
Hope you will do it next time. I LOVE this UI and donīt want to play without this.

Hey Sosbek,

thanks for porting this UI to 1280*1024.

looks good.

it seems though i get some "problems" when I am done doing the things after installing.

will summ them up for you. (maybe you know about them)

Did clean install (deleted wtf and interface folders completely and i didn't add any other addons than those who were delivered with package)

- when i alter some video options i can't acces main menu by pressing "esc"
- have to reload UI to be able to get menu with esc working again

the rest works like a charm tbh. good job.

ps. send you a PM with a question how to change the layout of the grey "background" squares (behind the buttons, map, omen etc) I want the map in top right again (kinda used to it ) let me know if this is easily done myself (couldn't find it yet on this forum)

Ive tried to upload 1920-1080 version yesterday but it was somehow deleted. No confirmation why, etc.. Ill do it once again

Any way to get this to look right in 1920x1200 (wide mode) i like the look but like to play in this resolution with my monitor, and also like to not play in window'ed mode.

I am looking forward on updating the compilation, if only the other russian comminity enthusiast is not going to. He is Shestak and he just made Alekk UI 1280*800 version, and is working on 1280-1024.
The reason for me not to update the compilation is simply my new monitor which now has a 1920-1080 resolution. I think i can upload such version of AlekkUI

It actually is TipTac itself,
is just checked some of the options of TipTac, and
enabled for example the function, that the tolltip shows you
at which player or what NPC the current target is looking at.


Edit: TipTac Update fixed this problem.
