Minimalism and low usage are key! This addon will display buttons which are not often used in neat rows for easy access.

05Aug2009: TOC Update

29July2009: Added a new feature: "Fly in stealth mode"

16July2009: Fixed the 'changing tooltip' issue that would occur each time the player learned new spell ranks or changed talent trees via dual spec.

30May2009: Fixed the occasional issue with ButtonFacade integration.

23May2009: Fixed the error that would occur when the player switched specs.

14May2009: ButtonFacade support up to 100%, fixed the issue with bars not staying hidden if the player chooses.

11May2009: Cleaned up button creation, it no longer uses a 'ClassButtons Template'. Added support for OmniCC.

06May2009: Fixed the issue with vehicles causing buttons to disappear, but not reappear. Updated Options code, to make it easier to add new features, and more seamless integration.

15April2009: Added support for Dual Specs, cleaned up quite a few spells in spell list and glyph support. Also changed how often, and the way buttons are refreshed to make the addon MUCH less CPU intensive during the loading process.

13April2009: Fixed the issue with low level characters.

09April2009: Reworked the button positioning code, should now work flawlessly. Also updated the Spells listing.

05April2009: Options now only load once after typing /cb3 multiple times.

03April2009: I reworked the glyph checking, item counting, Shaman spells and updated a lot of other code. Also made the options 'load on demand' to avoid unnecessary memory usage.

02April2009: Reworked the glyph checking code. Since this is mainly for Druids (so far) as they are the only ones with - reagent glyphs that I know of, if there is any issues let me know!

11March2009: Fixed an error that is given to classes which have no spells on their bars.

09Mar2009: Rewrote a lot of the code and legacy functions to make things much smoother, most notibly the button positioning and scaling. Also, partially added ButtonFacade support.

27Feb2009: Rewrote the button template, and updated the code for when buttons are created/moved/updated. Also adjusted some scaling code.

14Jan2009: Added support for character specific settings, scale horizontal bars & vertical bars independantly, and updated spells for most classes.

06Jan2009: Cleaned up options window, added more Alpha options, and updated Mage Portal: spells.

30Dec2008: Added mouse over alpha support and removed the reagent count for druids when they have the glyph. Also added the missing lvl 71+ mage and hunter spells.

08Dec2008: Updated some DK spells & so forth. I will be doing more adding/removing from this area in the future. As my DK is gaining more levels. =)

01Dec2008: Fixed the issues with vertical/horiz bars not saving the show/hide settings after relogging. Also added the new ranks of Priest consumables for Prayers, and Druids now have item counts on the Gifts/Rebirth spells.

18Nov2008 Fixed some anchor issues. Also, I added the easyPos option to the anchor itself, and removed '/cb3 easypos'.

03Oct2008 Added a configuration window! /cb3 to change all your settings. I left in '/cb3 easypos' because it was a habbit of mine. CB3 will now auto update when you gain levels, train spells, and use talent points! No more /reloadui to get it to have the most up-to-date spells! Cleaned up a bunch of code, and fixed the shift-click on anchors error.

24Sept2008 Should now always position correctly to the anchors (mages saw this problem the most).

22Sept2008 Fixed WolTK error on line 345 - Added the self cast modifier to all buttons - fixed line 98 error.

Fixed Paladin (v3.0.2) spells and button colouring.

Thanks for thinking that i am an idiot and would not have the latest version... if you paid attention at all you would have noticed that i said the new anchors (round ones) and the old ones were present. You also do not have to type in /cb3 to get the interface, you can also go to interface and addon to get the same info.

I have tried all the above and it still fraks up.

Please make sure you are using the latest version Lazare, as for the anchors they were changed a few versions back from the gray squares to the green dot buttons

if you want to turn the anchors back on to move the bars you can type /cb3 and load the options, in here you can turn the anchors on and off, use quick positioning and resize the bars

hope this helps if you need anymore help leave a post and ill try and give you a hand

Thanks for hte fast update but have to report that there are problems witht he anchors. The gray squares are detached from the bars and i noticed little round "buttons" attached to the bars but they disappeared on one toon and never came back for any other ones. The bars are not draggable at all from the squares and every time i log on they are in a different place than where they had been.

hi mate a few things to test on the new spell list

I'll hopefully have the update done tomorrow depending on how stable the servers are after the patch.

What I really need to do is dive into something I've never done. Create an in game config for the spells list. That's what I should do instead of updating the spells list. I'll get started on it today. Maybe I'll have a 'beta' of it out here in the next few days. We'll see!

Is Cleansing Totem in this thing yet?
I've not had a chance to check the spell list for this release yet, but if the Cleansing Totem is not appearing open the spell.lua file with a text editor (notepad, wordpad or something similar) and look for the Shaman part of the list.

You should see Poison and Disease Totems, just delete one and change the other to Cleansing Totem, next time you start wow you should get the totem on you cb3.

Update that spell man on another note the totem bar is ok but if for example you dont have a set of totems that you always put down its a little anoying imo, i still prefer cb3 over the totem bar, but i haven't played with it that much as my PTR machine having fits at me again.
I hope I dont need to rebuild it again

Is Cleansing Totem in this thing yet? It's not appearing for me -- is that because I've got it misconfigured, or because it's not in the totem list yet?

(Even once Blizzard's totem UI is in place, a mod like this is going to be great for when you need some specific totem that's not a part of your normal set, particularly like Tremor and Cleansing. IMO.)

I'm having a hell of a time getting on the PTR to test the addon. =(

Hopefully that new 'TotemBar' done by Blizzard is going to replace the slight attempt that my addon makes for Shamans! I'm going to release my latest version today, which includes a new 'stealth' mode. I've been using this new mode for roughly a week, and I must say, I love it! Thanks for all your feedback so far fellas!

Well here we go again the 3.2 ptr is finally up YEAY

So that means I will be doing a spell list update for you again, I'm really quite interested in the new shammy totem bar and the totem changes. I'll post you a beta list after I have had time to hammer out the new spells

I'll also check functionality again to see if it will actually work without any code changes but I shouldn't see why not.

Off to test we go

It's compatible with OmniCC, but I also installed OmniCC Shine and sometimes (haven't found out exactly why yet) ClassButtons' buttons keep on doing the shine animation, unless I use right+leftclick to turn.

!

Any ideas :P?

hi mate well just leveled my priest and all seems to be well, going to do some work on my shammy again

I noticed one small thing which was when I leveled "Prayer of Fortitude" from rank 1 to rank 2 the tool tip changed to the correct one but it kept the old reagent value, so rather then counting the new sacred candles it was still counting the holy ones.

I know it doesn't really mater to most spells as the reagents are the same at most levels except for rebirth and the Raid / Party spells

Just thought I'd let you know

Hopefully this should have fixed the issue, but always better to get data from more sources so I'll let you know

Hmm, I find that very... Odd. The data to populate the tooltip is being wrote on button creation, and not ran again until it needs to make a new button. But, whatever. I re-wrote a stand alone tooltip update function to add every time buttons are repositioned/created and that seems to have fixed the issue. =)

Hi kneeki,

No big load of test data for you tho I have investigated my shammy during level up. This is what I have found out.

While looking at the spell book with all spell ranks available I noticed a pattern forming in the tooltip changes mate, if the new spell or respec causes the CB3 "button" to be moved in the spell book, then the tooltip it displays is that of the spell that now occupies its position in the spell book.

I can post the screen shots if needed mate, but put simply it works like this.

"Spell 1 (Rank 1)"
"Spell 1 (Rank 2)" <- this is the one on the button and tooltip

Now say you learn a new rank or spell so the spell book changes to

"Spell 2"
"Spell 1 (Rank 1)" <- this is the displayed tooltip
"Spell 1 (Rank 2)" <- this is the spell attached to the button

Hope this gives you some insight into the problem mate, I will check my theroy next time I level up on another char to make sure but that looks to be the cause of the issue.

On another note kneeki I'm going to start preping some changes to the spell list for 3.2 as some of the notes of "possible" changes are starting to come through again, looks like shammy totems are going to get it again I know release is a while away but I'll keep my eyes open for the changes to test on the PTR when it goes up
