Key Mappings for Hunter's Mark Alert
Hunter's Mark Alert
Hunter's Mark Alert allows a hunter to know when the Mark drops, allowing you to re-apply it quickly and not losing the extra dps it gives. This addon includes key mappings to allow you to apply the Mark without having to be on the correct keypad, and will let you turn the alert off, should you decide you don't want to be notified.

The alert is both a line of text in your chat box, and a tone.

Question: Does it just say it once, or is it persistent?

Like, it isn't going to spam me when I'm a)not in combat b) don't have a target or c) in a main town?

It will only "spam you" (every 10 sec, I think) if you are in combat, with a target. It repeats so if you miss it through other sounds/chat, you will catch it. There's also a way to turn it off (should you want to stop watching the currently marked target).

FYI, I am currently making sure it will work in Wrath.
