I wrote this addon up after fruitlessly searching for a small, light-weight tool that could do something
extremely basic: searching and presenting a list of items based on a partial item name or item ID. It was
originally released to the public a long time ago, and didn't need much updating in the past few years.
Now, I reuploaded it with a few changes I've made in that time.

Usage:
Ingame, type "/link " or "/itemlink ", followed by the search term (partial or full item name) or identification
number of the item you're looking for into your chat line.
After some serious database crunching it will return a list of all found matches, including the total amount of
matched items. If you entered a number, it will return that item, or a "blank" link allowing you to query the item
from the database in case you haven't seen that item yet.

NOTE: When searching by name, ItemLink will only find items that are present in the local item cache. Items that are
not there (ie. items that you haven't seen yet) will therefore not be found. You will need to search for its
ItemID specifically in that case.
