rActionButtonStyler does art. The barstyler does not do this. Dominos is not using the ActionButtonTemplate for the stance bar. So not much I can do.

Go to Roth UI beta info page. Read every page that can be found under "TIPPS". You can move the eclipse bar as described in the "how to move frames" FAQ.

Castbar colors can be edited in oUF_Diablo/config.lua. See colorswitcher FAQ.

Is there a way to move the Eclipse bar for Moonkins? Backup your config. Install new version which overwrites config. Compare old and new config in your editor, adjust settings.

Keybindings are handled by rActionButtonStyler. Check rActionButtonStyler info page and rActionButtonStyler/config.lua
