Neav UI  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 9.0.4
by: Neal, ballagarba, thomasjohnshannon

Neav UI
This UI compilation will work on all resolution.

I will not help with questions
Most of the addons in this compilation is only configurable via the supplied Lua config files (config.lua), so some basic programming knowledge is highly recommended but not required. A lot of the options are basically setting the value to either true or false depending on if you want to enable or disable the feature.

AddOns include
!Beautycase
!Colorz
nBuff
nChat
nCore
nMainbar
nMinimap
nPlates (by thomasjohnshannon)
nPower
nTooltip
oUF (by Haste)
oUF_Neav
oUF_NeavRaid

Thanks to Haste, kerrang, zork, Tuller, and many more for their great AddOns. And thomasjohnshannon/Grimsbain for making Neav UI compatible with Legion.

Information
A lot of the addons have a config.lua file where you can change some settings. So look first into this file before you ask something! Some addons like nCore, oUF_Neav and oUF_NeavRaid have an in-game configuration.

How can I move the player, target, focus, boss and arena frames?
Use the /neav slash command to toggle the anchors to move the frames around.

How can I move the Pet-, Stance- or Possessbar?
Press Shift + Alt and drag with your left mouse button on the first button of the Pet-, Stance- or Possessbar to move the them.

Commands
/neavrt to move the raid frames.
/rolecheck or /rcheck to do a role check.
/ntooltip toggles the tooltip anchor.
/alertframemover toggles the "talking head" anchor.
/neavcast toggles the anchors for the castbars.
/neavbag toggles the bag bar.
/moveextraactionbar toggles the anchor for the extra action button.

Anyone managed to get everything working for 4.0.1? I've only managed to clean up most of the errors you get instantly but haven't managed to get party frames or raid frames. And the experience bar is acting up.

I was wondering if someone could help me solve a minor, but annoying, issue. I am very new to Lua and was looking around to try to fix this on my own with no success. How can I get the Top Most action bar to fall behind my bags rather than cover it up like it does now:

Also how can I disable only my Pets Castbar? I am currently playing a Warlock and my Imps casting is annoying me with 3 castbars up xD

Visible party frames - fixed

Code:
local party = oUF:SpawnHeader("oUF_Neav_Party", nil, visible,
	"showParty", true,
	"yOffset", -30
)
So instead of "raid, party" you have visible.
That fixed it, thank you very much.

Party Frames

Originally posted by Namica

I am running the latest version of Neav_UI. I can't see the Party Frames when I am in a party. Also not when I am in a raid and in oUF_NeavRaid.lua I have:
'showParty', true,
and in oUF_Neav.lua I have:
if (unit == 'pet' or self.partyUnit) then
self.Range = {
insideAlpha = 1,
outsideAlpha = 1,
}

self.SpellRange = true

self.SpellRange = {
insideAlpha = 1,
outsideAlpha = 1,
}
end
I think that I should see the Party Frames, but I don't. I have this in oUF_NeavConfig.lua:
party = {
mouseoverText = true,
scale = 1.11,
auraSize = 22,
hideInRaid = false,
position = {'TOPLEFT', UIParent, 25, -200},
Should I change anything? If so, where and what do I have to change.

Thanks in advance.

Hello! I was wondering if someone could help me with the editbox on chat. I have Trade moved to a different tab, but when I switch to that tab the editbox goes to the bottom of the chat window and isn't skinned anymore. How can I get this to be the same as the general window?

Thank you!

No questions, just wanted to say thanks. Thank you, Neav - this UI is fantastic. The proper alignment at other resolutions (1280x800 here) is great!

All you should have to do is find the oUF_NeavRaid.lua in your oUF_Neav folder and change the name to oUF_NeavRaid-1.lua this will turn off the Raid frames and still let you keep the file in case one day you want to use them again it will also let you keep the Unitframes and the Party Frames.

Hope this helps,
Coke
