Proc Watcher tracks your abilities and shows them in a window
with the Count/CritsCount, Crit Chance and Highest Value.

It 'learns' what abilities you have as you use them.
It keeps collecting data even with the window closed.

Type '/pw' to toggle window display.

Type '/pw auto' to auto open the window on log-in.
Type '/pw bg' to show/hide window when entering/leaving BGs.
Type '/pw reset x' to reset row number x, or all data if x is not given.
Type '/pw anything' to show all available options.
