    "Acheron translates as the "river of woe" and it was believed to be a branch of the underworld river Styx over which in ancient Greek mythology Charon ferried the newly dead souls across into Hades."

    Acheron provides an easily readable glimpse into the cause of death for anyone in your raid or party. In addition to the damage and healing that occurred to someone up to their moment of death, Acheron also allows you to track and displays buffs and debuffs, which may also contribute to someone's death (Melt Armor on Al'ar, Corrosion on Felmyst, tank missed shield block, etc).

    Right-clicking on a raid/party member unit frame will find a new option 'Show Death Reports'. Should be pretty self-explanatory from there.

    /acheron show to show the main UI
    /acheron config to bring up the config

    big problem with the latest rev r1.1.3
    The latest revision is doing something very bad when people join and leave a raid.

    I had data from last nights Naxx stored -I then logged in today and joined a WG raid. Every time someone joined the raid, my WoW froze for 10 seconds or so. Acheron was shown taking up 20+ megs. I unloaded Acheron and the problem went away.

    Is anyone else experiencing these problems? This problem persists even after clearing the data.

    Anyway to add timestamps? Knowing how people died is nice, knowing *when* XXXXXX happened is even nicer.

    Once you select the channel in the dropdown to report to, you just click on the line of the combat log from which you want to report (it'll say so in the tooltip as you mouse over the entries as well).

    probably I don't know how. I use drop down, then I click OKAY but it doesn't send it to the channel, or i'll type in a toon i wan to whisper to and they don't receive the whisper. There isn't another button that I can see to send the report. Thanks for the quick reply.

    Are you saying it doesn't work when you try to output it? If so, what happens? Or are you saying that you don't know how. If the latter, all you do is click on an entry in the report and it will report to the selected channel (there's a dropdown) from that point to death.

    this addon is pretty great, only thing is and this is probably me, I can't get it to show the death report in a whisper, or output it to a channel. Is there something I'm missing? I did a google search on it so it appears i'm the only one with the problem. Any help here is much appreciated.
