CompostLib

CompostLib is designed to help reduce garbage creation for addons that frequently create temporary tables or reuse the same table repeatedly. Tables can be recycled between multiply addons, an addon needs only "check out" a table from Compost, use it, and return it when finished. If a addon wishes to reuse a table repeatedly it can have Compost erase the table without returning it for recycling to whatever addon requests a table.
