QuestGuru is a Quest Log Enhancer.
If you are looking for the "Classic" version of QuestGuru click QuestGuru_Classic
I have split off QuestGuru and QuestGuru Sounds into two separate addons that don't rely on each other so that the community that really missed the sounds can have them with me delaying them because of the qork being done on QuestGuru. I hope this makes at least some people happy.
You can click > QuestGuru Sounds
Note: If you like this addon, please "Like it" on Curse.com.
All Donations support me and I thank you in advance for it.

With blizzard implemanting the ability for add-ons to parse the server to see which quests you have and have not completed, will you be adding a functionality into QuestGuru?

Update Today
QuestGuru 2.0 was released today to go along with patch 3.3. The addon has been simplified quite a bit because Blizzard has incorporated many new features into the game.
And yes, as I stated before (but some people can't scroll down) this version DOES utilize the new game feature of pulling the quest history from the server. PLEASE DELETE ALL PREVIOUS Interface/AddOns/QuestGuru FOLDERS! This is a major update and the folder structure has changed. |

So really, now, it doesn't matter about which addon you use, as they can pull from the server directly. |

What would you think about making QuestGuru save settings for the main mod and the tracker universally, instead of per character? I just want everything to look the same for all my toons. For most of my addons, they either share settings between all my toons, or have support some sort of profile system, allowing me to select Default and share all my changes in settings between my chars.

could you put back in the expand/collapse all button so i don't have to do it for each zone. Also the window is smaller now and on long quest descriptions i have to scroll to see the whole thing where i didn't need to before. Just small things but i did notice them missing.

Miss old history
Ok, I really, really, really miss the old history. It's nice that Blizz gave us a way to query the server, but the result is far far far from being really useful.

Since it became quickly obvious that my suggestion isn't very good for all users, I'd like to request any implemention of settings profiles. Don't worry if you don't want to or don't have time, though -- I just changed my version to save settings across all toons, so it works fine for now. |

Mass reply
I'll hit on a bunch of points in one post:
QuestGuru is no longer a quest log replacement. The quest log you see is Blizzard's built-in quest log, with a few enhancements from QuestGuru (thus the different size and missing expand/collapse button). I realize the History has less information per quest than before, but it also now lists every quest in the game (roughly) so you can figure out what quests you missed. The header of each section shows you how many quests you have completed out of the total for that section, and by looking in the section you will see "(Complete)", "(Active)" or nothing (meaning not complete) to tell you what you have and have not done. Future versions will include filters for the History so you can choose to show only completed quests, or only incomplete quests, or only quests for certain areas, etc. |
