Attention! When patch 4.1 hits the live servers, then this AddOns purpose will be outdated, as it is now a feature in the default Blizzard UI.

This AddOn allows you to move the default Blizzard unitframes around.
This is my second AddOn, but the first one that I've decided to publish.

It has one slashcommand:
/ufunlock - Unlocks the frames, and some helpfull messages pop up

So far there are 3 supported frames:

  • PlayerFrame
  • TargetFrame
  • PartyFrames!

The frames start as movable, and you have to lock them manually.
When you log out, or reload the ui, the frames automaticly lock.

Feel free to ask questions about it, or making feature requests

Install your own mod then check the taint log ...

Yes, but that still doesn't describe it:

You need to describe point one a lot more detailed, did you farm dailies, level alts, raid hardcore, spam trade, what did you do? Look for those yellow messages in the chatframe which tells something about an action that has been blocked. When you see one of them and tell me in which situation it happened, then I'll be able to fix them

BTW, next version:
I'm scrapping the /uflock command. Instead, when you unlock the frames, a black, half-transparent square pops up with a little info, and a button.
When you drag the square, you drag the corresponding frame. And when you press the button, you lock the frame.

Nice little mod, much prefer over using MoveAnything.

However, any chance of allowing us to move the party frames/focus frames and the enemy arena frames? Then it would be complete imo!

About the bugs, you can download v1.0, it works, though resets on vehicle enter. But at least there isn't any errors

I am trying my best to get a fix up and running

I think it's a problem with the positioning of the "SaveToDB" function, could you try and position it below the init frame (line 33 - 60) and above the "Help" slashcommand (line 62-77) and see if it helps?

I can't test it atm, but try that
