Ammo's CrowBar updated for Cataclysm/Hour of Twilight.

Changes:
- Add Crystalline Geode, Elementium-Coated Geode, Perfect Geode containers.
(Dragon Soul raid vendors)
- Make open-able items detection locale independent.
Clams and Geodes should now be detected in all language clients.
Future container additions should also be much easier.
- .toc update, compatible with Hour of Twilight.
Note:
Original version still works fine with "load out of date" checked.
This is not a fix for a broken addon, mainly some improvements and touching up for recent wow patches.
I committed an alpha version at wowace (the exact same I'm uploading here)
and some users PMed me for an easier way to download until a release is available.
This will be removed as soon as main file is updated.
