OmniCC  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 10.2.5
by: jaliborc, Tuller

Overview
OmniCC is an addon that adds text to items, spell and abilities that are on cooldown to indicate when they will be ready to use. In other words: it turns all the standard analogue cooldowns into digital ones.

Anything should work with OmniCC, from the action bars to the inventory, from the standard interface to your favorite add-on.

Decrease the minimum scale value in the main options menu. It controls how big something has to be for text to appear.

Disabling CC on my addon?

I've just coded my first addon, a small Earth Shield tracker (remaining time, charges).

However, I now find that OmniCC adds a bit fat "10m" across my CooldownFrame. While I don't want to introduce "addon specific" like you say in another post, I also need to be pragmatic. So how can I go about ensuring this doesn't show up? My frame is (a good deal) larger then my action buttons, so I'm not sure the "scale" fix will help.

You have a blackList variable, but it does not seem to be implemented.

Any help?

Edit:
A solution that works for now is to iterate over the children of the parent of the cooldown frame, and hide anything that isn't yours.

I just checked and there is a newer version of LibSharedMedia-2.0 on the ACE svn than what is currently packaged with OmniCC. Not sure if it will solve the problem but it's definitely worth a shot at least for the sake of troubleshooting.

Yeah, I've tried reinstalling it - no luck.

And OmniCC is the only thing presenting a problem, but then again, aside from MSBT, almost all of my mods are Ace.

Think it could be just too many fonts in SharedMedia? Because there are, like... a lot. 291, to be exact. And I certainly wouldn't mind getting rid of most of them, if that's the problem.

The odd thing is, OmniCC works. I've tried /omnicc reset; no dice. It shows a font (frizz whatever), but every time I click on the drop-down to select a different, it spits that error at me.

I'm trying to use one of the fonts from SharedMedia-2.0, but it's just not cooperating. Any ideas?

Likely a shared media issue.

Also. If you did decide to take the numbers off, well it turns off your action bar cooldown timers too. And when the timers are off on the targets debuffs the pulse doesn't work.
This right here. I don't want it shown on mob debuffs, just my own action bars. It also bugs in regards to diminishing returns for example when using a second controlled stun with a 5 second duration showing 11 seconds instead of 2.5s... Currently removing from my favorites until I just have the option to show it for my own action bars.
