Ackis Recipe List  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 7.2.0.2
by: Torhal, Ackis, Resa1983

Ackis Recipe List is an AddOn which will scan your trade skill recipes and print out a list of which recipes you are currently missing. It will work for all tradeskills.

Profession AddOns:
Due to the increasing data size and memory usage with each WoW expansion, the professions have been split into their own AddOns; you need only download the ones you'll be using. Each installed and enabled profession AddOn will load whenever it's first accessed by the ARL core.

Althought sometimes change can be good I disagree with the ui changes to this addon. I prefer the old window style u see in the preview rather than this new one where items can be fidly to click.

But the addon itself is a godsend tyvm for taking the time to do it.

I realize you may not have time for this but I had noticed with delight that you handled hunter pet skills back when we had to roam far and wide to acquire them. Is there any chance you'd consider something similar for minipets?

Some recipes, missing

Havent seen this recipe on ARL:
http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=8313

Its a quest chain you can get in Silithus, pretty good for leveling the last points up till 300 cooking without fishing.

It starts at the Inkeeper.
I think some recipes are missing from ARL, for instance those rewarded from the daillies and the above quoted. Was a it a design feature?

Plus, im still not able to hide those recipes awarded from Alliance quests only.

Thanks in advance!
Ivo.

I do have my own question though. I believe old (well before Wrath and WoW 3.x) versions of ARL included books used to advance skills, e.g., Expert First Aid and the similar books for the Cooking profession, along with the vendors where they're sold (or mobs that dropped them?). I noticed that the newer versions of ARL do not have this information. Is that by design? (Or...am I misremembering this feature)?
I used to have them in, however they're not recipes per say so they were taken out.

If you'd like them back in, let me know (Create a ticket on wowace please) and I can look at getting them back into the database.

Great mod btw, but apparently I'm dumb. Exactly what does it mean to sort it by acquisition? Does that mean it's sorting it by closest to where you currently are so you can get them in the fastest amount of time? Or... what? Also, how does it sort it by location when some of them you can get from 10 or so different places?

Yah I can't test those errors at all, however they don't break anything, just annoying when you load in.

I'll look at those errors tonight when I can.

Also getting an error about LibBabble-Zone-3.0\LibBabble-Zone-3.0.lua line 65:

I've just downloaded the r1110 beta version and will try that since I did see some of the above errors mentioned as being fixed.
Yah I'm going to release a new beta here soon (I wanted to do it today, but there's something around the corner that I'm waiting on).

The factions showing up should be fixed for the most part.

Right now the best way to improve the data is the get the Curse Profiler and Curse Client and allow it to update the data in WoWDB.
