See your AFK; automatically show your name with the <AFK> flag so you can visually see you are afk

As of May 20, 2009: This addon is unsupported for the time being. AddOn authoring was only a hobby of mine. Mike-N-Go is not currently playing WoW, thus not creating or maintaining mods for WoW. If someone wishes to submit a patch for one of my mods to WoWInterface, you may within the bounds of the license bundled with the mod.

Brief Description:
See when you AFK or DND!

Use:
Key /nt or /ntoggle or /nametoggle for the slash command handler. Key "/nt help" in game for usage information.

Basically, you can toggle the mod on and off. And also toggle dnd and afk individually. The mod works regardless of how you trigger afk or dnd.

Installation:
After you decompress the file, copy the MyNameTogglesWhenIAFK folder into your Interface/AddOns folder under your World of Warcraft Installation Directory.

A note to my fellow authors:
If anyone wishes to use more then a few lines of my code, I request you credit me by saying, "This product includes software developed by MikeNGo" somewhere as a comment, or in your documentation. I also hope that anyone who would take the time to read my code, would take the time to send me an e-mail of what you think, or what can otherwise be improved.

About the Version Numbers:
Version: xxxxx-x.x.xx ([interface number]-[major version].[sub version].[current release])
Interface number: Version of the interface the addon was most recently updated for, this number and the version number have no linear relationship with the latter clauses.
Major version: When the mod evolves to a state that is vastly different from the first distribution of the prior major version, this will be updated.
Sub version: Whenever the mod has new features added, or many minor tweaks, this number might advance.
Current release: The current reversion of the sub version, changed every time a new version of the mod is submitted to WoWInterface.com

Interesting.. try trashing your World\ of\ Warcraft/WTF/Config.wtf file, and then see if the same problem happens when you do the same thing. The Config.wtf file contains your settings like have read TOS/EULA, video and sounds settings, and stuff like that. Trash it when not logged in, and then test it. Note that these are the only kind of settings stored in the Config.wtf file.

I see you have some files that were put in your World\ of\ Warcraft/Data folder to alter the sounds. Try renaming that file, when logged out, and then test it.

Something else you can do is rename your WTF folder when not logged in, and then test it with all the addons enabled.

Also, have you tried having my addon on, and disable each of your other addons one by one, testing if the same thing happens?

To say again on how you can test for a fix:
1) Trash Config.wtf file
2) Rename World\ of\ Warcraft/Data folder
3) Rename World\ of\ Warcraft/WTF folder
4) Test with MyNameTogglesWhenIAFKorDND on, turning off the other addons one by one, and testing

That is an interesting problem you have.

What version are you running? I might recommend trying the other version and seeing if there is the same problem.
