11/6/09: This AddOn is no longer being maintaned. Use the "clcbpt" AddOn instead.

PTO Beacon Watch plays short sounds when you lose or gain the Beacon of Light buff. This helps you to recognize when Beacon has faded from your intended recipient.

There is no configuration section as there is nothing to do. Just turn it on.

I think you are over-complicating things a little, you don't always need xml.
