See the configuration options in Options.lua before use.

For the user's convenience, the configuration has been moved to the Options.lua file. That way you can update the addon without having to redo your custom settings.

Description:

I wanted to modify the way money messages are displayed. It worked out pretty well, so I decided to add configuration options and upload it.

I am currently working on a GUI (or am I?). Until then, all configuration options are in the "Options.lua" file.

Options include customizable gain and lose messages, coloring and/or icons of gold, silver and copper values, filtering, throttling or completely blocking messages, customizable to different situations.
See Options.lua for more.

Planned features:

some sort of GUI
an option to choose which chat frame are the messages displayed on
options to feed the messages to scrolling combat text addons or be displayed as a raid warning
possibly options to edit reputation and experience messages

I tried fixing it, but I think it might be some global event variables, and that's far out of my limited lua knowledge. Would love to see an update or similar mod. __________________ There is absolutely no evidence to support the theory that life is serious.

High Five A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 0 File comments: 30 Uploads: 2	You can set up a filter such as "(-1000000000;1000000000)" in Options.lua. I seem to have totally forgot an option to block the messages in a more consistent manner. I'll do that in the next version.
