OmniCC  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 10.2.5
by: jaliborc, Tuller

Overview
OmniCC is an addon that adds text to items, spell and abilities that are on cooldown to indicate when they will be ready to use. In other words: it turns all the standard analogue cooldowns into digital ones.

Anything should work with OmniCC, from the action bars to the inventory, from the standard interface to your favorite add-on.

Great UI
I also find this to happen when i get silenced. As a Paladin every single button on my UI pulses and freezes the game for a second or too.
There possibly a way to code in for interrupts, silences and spellslocks so that when you are effect like such the pulse option for those buttons is switched off and then back on again once out of the effect?

On the PTR test realm, OmniCC also causes a countdown on the target frame debuffs (due to the new debuff tracking system in 2.1). The problem is, because the debuff icons are so small, the number displaying completely blocks out the icon art, making it impossible to see which debuff icon is actually displaying.

Will there be a way to disable the number countdown on the target frame in 2.1?

Quick workaround for that:

In the Timer_Create function (in main.lua and basic.lua), there is a line about timer.text:SetPoint("CENTER", timer, "CENTER", 0, 1)

Change that to timer.text:SetPoint("TOP", timer, "TOP", 0, 1) and the countdown text is above the number counting the stack. It does block less the icon art (you can see half of it) and you can see clearly the stack number (like for inner fire). I guess it's not what was requested (special case for buff icons) but it's good enough for me.

Using the v1.1 released today for the 2.1 patch. For some reason, the text has gotten very faint to the point where I can barely read it on some icons. Would be nice if I could set an alpha value along with the color.

using v1.1

Let's say I have a buff up with 13 min remaining. I target myself and the buff icon on my target frame correctly shows 13min (nicely scaled too, thanks).
I cancel the buff, and the icon and text go away. I then summon a mount (giving me a buff that has no cooldown). Now, on my target frame, the mount buff icon has the same location as the buff I just cancelled, but omnicc is showing the cooldown text from old buff (ie 13 min, and counting down)

The same happens when I target someone else. Their buff icons show my old cooldown.

(by the way, an option to not show CC for buff icons would be nice.. otherwise it's difficult to tell which buff it actually is)

I've been using your addon for a while now and i love it, and now it's een better with the new pulse

But now blizzard added timers to the target buffs, is there a way to disable the omnicc for these buffs, as the icons are too tiny and the countdown number make them hard to read ?

Thanks

I've added the option to blacklist frames in the deveopment version. The blizzard target frame buffs are added to it by default.

how to disable cc targetframe buffs and debuffs

hi from germany,

i have downloaded the new version 1.1. iīm confused because you wrote "iīve added the opoiton to blacklist frames in the deveopment version. The blizzard target frame buffs are added to it by default". so i hoped there is an option in the current 1.1 version to disable the cooldowns in the blizzard target frame but it is not. the numbers are smaler and not in scale 20 like the bar numbers but i donīt want any numbers in these tiny buff frames. i like omnicc very much and donīt want to miss the new and old features.

do you add an disable option for the targetframes buffs and debuffs?

Frustrated Rogue =)

Real annoying having the duration text covering the stack count on your deadly poison, please point me to the development version so i can disable this text or scale down.

Thanks for the great mod!

Strange bug...but, I'm using the latest bongos and omniCC, and everytime I use Revenge or Overpower with my warrior, I get a 5 sec cooldown showing on not just Revenge, but on the Defensive Stance button on my Class bar. Tried adding BongosClassButton2 to blacklist, as well as BongosClassBar, but I couldn't get it to stop. Not game-stopping, but thought I'd mention it .

Great bunch of mods you have, btw...I use Bongos, OmniCC, Bagnon and Ludwig, wouldn't want to play without em.
