FAQ
Q: How do i access the Configuration?
A: You can open the configuration with the Slash Commands (/bt or /bartender) or through the Bartender4 LDB plugin.

Q: Where are my keybindings? And how do i bind new keys?
A: Bartender4 buttons do not automatically inherit keybindings from the Blizzard bars (except for Bar 1), you have to use the new KeyBound to re-bind your keys. You can access KeyBound by its slash command (/kb) or through the button in the BT4 config. Hover a button, press key → voila!

Q: Can I skin the buttons beyond the built-in options?
A: Bartender4 allows skinning through Masque! After installing both Bartender4 and Masque, you can customize the BT4 appearance in the Masque options.

Q: How do i disable the snapping of the bars?
A: Currently, you can temporarily override the snapping by holding down the Shift Key while moving your bars, or uncheck the option in the popup when your bars are unlocked.

Is Bartender 4 compatible with the Dual Spec bar swap that is currently on PTR? If not, is there a beta version under development?

EDIT: Nevermind, got onto 3.1 PTR and Bartender4 appears to be working great with the dual spec feature!

Stance bar disabled for hunter

I am sorry if this has been asked before but I am having an issue where the stance bar is disabled automatically for hunters when I use Bartender4. It is grayed out so I can't even modify it through the configuration GUI.

Is there a way to allow the stance bar to appear and be modifiable? The reason I ask is because I have another addon called Aspects that places the hunters aspects (as well as other items for other classes) in the stance bar. It allows you to use the keybindings you have for stances to cast those aspects.

Thank you in advance for any help that is offered!

You can place your aspects on any of the 6 additional bars and assign keys to cast them. although, i like the idea of placing aspects in Stance bar... less keymess.

Is there a plan for global action bar changes? Like i want them all to fade out, or show the button grid vs goign thru and changing them all 1 by 1. XD

It does not work in combat for me, but ... while i've found it useful sometimes, i can imagine it being annoying. No, can't find the option to disable this behaviour, sorry.

I've noticed 2 things in particular that disturb me :-/ Well 1 more than the other..& was hoping you could clarify

Love the addon..used it for a long time..

lately I've been playing my Hunter & I've noticed sometimes my buttons will not color red to indicate I'm out of range..when I am infact out of range..is there any particular reason for this? Could it be latency? An issue with Bartender? The game in general?

Also could it be possible to add an option to not be able to drag bags off the BagBar just by clicking on them..I've moved them by mistake a few times..

Nothing "serious" but just some things I wonder about

Presences use the Stance bar. I think it's [stance:1] for blood, [stance:2] for frost, and [stance:3] for unholy. Try adding those to your display conditions or state changes.

I've tried
Code:
[stance:1]3;[stance:2]4;[stance:3]5
but it didn't worked

It was a nice try.

I googled around for 15 minutes, and discovered that it is not possible to have a macro-style conditional based on presences. Your primary options are to hack the BT code itself to look for the presence, or to macro the presence spells to force a page change. I won't swear either of those are possible either, and wouldn't really know where to start.

Check option to not display the bags tail. (Stupid blizzard with it's stacks and containers mess)

Right, and it has been discussed already. Our only hope to really resolve this issue is to have Blizzard fix the presence behaviour.

Vehicle Bar Question

I currently have my main bar on my shaman set up in a 2 x 6 configuration with 1-6 on the bottom and 7-0, - and = on top like:

7 8 9 0 - =
1 2 3 4 5 6

Now when I use my vehicle bar, like for the drakes on the Malygos fight, it makes the buttons correspond to 7,8,9 and so forth. I cannot get them to move and nothing I have changed has made it where they will default to the configured 1-6 slot. Is this something that can be fixed or is it a result of the desired layout?

You would need to use 2 1x6 bars instead of 1 2x6 bar, and then set the bottom bar as your possess bar.
